Questions
should i make a move? PPR league. On the verge of 0-2
I had some bad luck last night up by 30, now down 16 going against marshall and bennett last night. I still have a shot with ertz tonight. However, I'm not sure if I should trade away a stud WR for a RB1. What do you think? I know it's early.

QB - Cam, Cutler
RB - Ellington, Toby, Joique, T West, Lamar Miller, Jennings
WR - Dez, Demaryius, Josh Gordon, Michael Floyd, Justin Hunter
TE - Cameron, Ertz
K - Crosby
DST - Carolina

I really like this team but you are a bit weak at RB. The problem is Floyd and Hunter's value is too low right now to move and I'm assuming you don't want to move Dez or DT. You should be OK to start next week with Tate still out and Knowshon out now. You could try to package two of your RBs and/or one of your TEs to try to upgrade your RB1 but other than that I think you're in good shape. 0-2 isn't the end of the world. I know it's hard not to get restless but just be patient and things will turn around.

thanks. I would move Dez or DT for someone like Forte or McCoy, but I'm not sure if that would happen. I have Gordon as well, but he only helps if I make the playoffs.

Yea I think Floyd and Hunter are getting ready to break out so I wouldn't mind moving Dez/DT for a top 5 type RB if you can work it out. I might also see how the Eddie Lacy owner feels about him right now. Lot of people are panicking and his schedule is about to get really easy after a rough early season schedule.

At 0-2 you definitely need to start winning quickly to get back on track for playoffs ... you need a boost to your starters. You could try to find someone willing to take a 2-1 trade, but people almost never like those. You could do the WR1 for RB1 trade, but that gives you a plus and a minus that may or may not work out to a net gain.

My advice would be to trade Josh Gordon. Give him to someone who is winning now and can afford to give you someone maybe not as elite, but who is producing immediately. You'll have to work some magic on on the waiver wire, future trades, etc. to make up for losing Gordon ... but the truth is you need help now, and Gordon is a big pile of value who isn't helping you one little bit.

thanks man. from some people I've talked to, nobody is interested in Gordon right now. trades are tough in this league. when one thinks the trade is fair, the other overvalues their players and asks for too much.

Well I doesn't matter whether you SHOULD make any moves if you CAN'T make any moves. I'd ask around anyway - no harm in trying.

yes, very true. realistically, i don't know who has value other than my 2 stud WRs. at least, not this early in the season. 0-3 is quite daunting.
