2 QB league and my other starter is Drew Brees with EJ Manuel on the bench. Other QBs on the wire including Hoyer, Henne, and Geno Smith

Having two top-tier QBs is a pretty big advantage. If you really want Lacy and trust your streaming QB skills, try to get a WR2 or RB2 packaged with him.
