Drop H. Miller for Kelce for wk1 TE? For season?
Also Ebron, Eifert, Wright, G. Graham on waiver wire...

Do you have to drop Miller? I'd want both, frankly...Miller as your "safety net" of sorts, and Kelce for his upside. I think w/ Kelce, the possibility is very real of him having a Jared Cook type of season...blow up huge early, then fizzle out for almost the rest of the entire season. Being a big, athletic TE doesn't automatically equal being the next Jimmy Graham...so if I was going to go out on a limb to try and find the next Jimmy Graham, I'd want to hedge my bet by keeping someone who I know is relatively safe as well.

agree.. want both until I see Kelce starting and catching balls week in and week out. at this point he has 0 NFL receptions...

I agree with Ajay. I would want both. Kelce has the possibility to be top 5 TE by season's end, and the Chiefs know this (a reason why they didn't get another WR). But the guy hasn't played a single NFL regular season game. I would stick with Miller for now, and if you start seeing Kelce explode, drop Miller and start Kelce. Better to have both in case Kelce explodes and someone else gets him from waivers before you.
