Get Toby Gerhart for Alshon Jeffrey (Non-Std Scoring)

So normally I would not even consider giving alshon jeffrey (a tier 1 receiver in my opinion) for Toby Gerhart (who may not end up a starter by the end of the season). The only reason I am unsure is due to the scoring in this league:
10 rec yd/pt
0.5 ppr
**5 rush yards/pt**

This gives RB a huge advantage. I have Alshon, Crabtree, Maclin and Doug Baldwin at WR, and McCoy, Giovani Bernard, Mark Ingram and Ahmad Bradshaw at RB. I plan on flexing a RB every week due to higher ceiling for RB in this league. So am I good enough at WR to lose jeffery for good potential at RB3?

Alshon is your #1, don't give him up. You already have McCoy and Gio so you don't really need another RB. Just pick best player off of waivers or try and trade Maclin and Ingram for someone

i like ingram's potential, you like bradshaw over him? i thought about trading maclin because i can get steve johnson or donnie avery on waivers
