I am concerned about the boom or bust potential of Cobb and Harvin, lots of risk at WR, and although we only need to play one RB (which will be Ball), the rest of my backfield is well-aged. Thoughts?

This isn't a bad team considering you only need to start 1 rb. Cobb and Harvin both have boom/bust weeks as smaller speed receivers, so that part will be challenging. Johnson and Wayne both provide high floors, though.
I would drop Smith and add a WR flier. He has little value in a 12 team league. A replacement level guy will be available on ww if Bree's goes down. I'd look to pickup woods, latimer, adams, streater, or someone along those lines with breakout potential.

I agree. I personally would be starting Johnson over Harvin until Harvin strings together a couple of good games. Since you only start 1 RB your depth isn't bad there
