Should I give my Jimmy Graham for Julius Thomas and Doug Martin?

I would do that trade. Rbs are valuable and you seem to need one. Thomas is probably the 3rd ranked TE I'd say and Doug will bounce back from that injury. Will get more carries with a couple of the Bucs rbs banged up. Put him flex ;)

Thomas and Graham could have very similar stat lines this year. Martin will bounce back this year. I would do this trade in a heart beat. The had part is who do you drop? I would lean towards Hill or Hunter.
