Agreed. West has a better chance of taking on a full-time role at some point during the season. Wouldn't get Clay either cuz you've got Graham and Gronk already, so you're way set at TE. That'd be an ok move to make, but then I'd definitely be trying to sell Gronk to somebody who's really weak at the position. Most people don't even carry 2 TEs, so there's no way you need 3.

Don't use a waiver for any of those guys. Wait until they are FA, this way you move up in wire position.

I wouldn't drop West for Hill because Gio is a better RB and more durable than Tate. The second option completely depends on the rest of your team.
