Questions
Should I keep both DeSean Jackson if I also have Pierre Garcon?
My current receiver corps includes:

Antonio Brown
Pierre Garcon
DeSean Jackson
Sammy Watkins

I have 2 slots plus a Flex (WR/RB) slot to fill each week. For my RBs, of which 2 will start and one for flex, I have:

Marshawn Lynch
Arian Foster
Toby Gerhart
Khiry Robinson

Considering my options, and at this point leaning toward Gerhart for my flex initially, wondering if having both Garcon and Jackson is a good/bad idea.

Any other thoughts/suggestions?

Is this a PPR league. If not I think your best course of action would be package Garcon off in a trade to improve at a position. I am also not a fan of having 2 skill position players at the same time(RB,WR,TE) because you are in essence giving yourself less opportunity to get points as both Garcon and Jackson can't catch the ball at the same time. I dont know the rest of your team but if I were you I would try to make a trade.

I don't think having both on the same team is a problem, but I would feel uncomfortable starting both of them. The nice thing about having both is one gets hurt, you already have the guy who should get the uptick in targets.

Given your lineup I would either sit one of them and start Gerhart in the flex, and be ready to try and make a move if Gerhart isn't getting done in the flex. Also: with having both of Washington's WRs should one start to stand out as THE guy, you didn't get it wrong.

i personally would prefer not to have 2 players at the same position on my team, i would keep the one you think is more productive and trade the other, i haver gerhart starting at my flex as well so im with you on that

My only concern about that answer is I would take both Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffrey if available. I think they'll both get plenty of fantasy points. Not that I think either Garcon or DJax are the same tier, but would same apply? Glad to hear we are on same page with Gerhart... but wondering if DJax will have good Flex potential as well.
