    Big Ben. Even though its a tough Cleveland D secondary, Heath Miller is healthy and Markus Wheaton is an up and comer.

    No love for Fitzpatick? Ben is going against a good defense that he hasn't performed well against in the past. Fitz is going against a terrible defense that will be missing one of their starters in the secondary.

    I think highest updside would be smith... butbest play here is Ben but going against Joe Haden especially with no solid receivers after antonio brown is going to be rough.

    Because Ben is just the better overall quarterback. You should always go with your best and not worry too much about matchups when deciding on a QB, especially in week 1 when all you have to go on is last year's data

    I actually have the opposite philosophy when it comes to QB's. There have been a couple numberfire articles about it but QB play is the easiest to predict based on matchups. Often times the "best" guy doesn't put up the best numbers while "poor" QB's do well against bad defenses. I do agree that in week 1 it's not nearly as easy to predict though and it's probably best to go with the best QB.
