    Overall good, a few tweaks i would mention:

    You don't need a backup QB, Stafford will be fine week in and week out, and you can just plug and play a QB off the wire the week he is on bye. Also, I would roll with Reed and try to trade Olsen. Use matchups with DeSean and Smith as your flex instead of Richardson

    Bell won't get a suspension from the league, but Tomlin has been known to discipline players for weed. At the most, Bell sits game 1, but I doubt it considering how precarious the RB situation is for Pitt.

    I also agree with Gregg that TRICH isn't four flex. He nailed that.

    I don't know if I agree about Reed though. Reed has potential, but I don't like his durability. I also love that Olsen is the only returning receiver for Cam this year. He should see a ton of targets and he has proven to be a valuable TE.
