Trade Marques Colston, Stacy, and T-Rich for Brandon Marshall and Pierre Thomas?

This trade was offered to me. Currently, my wrs are Cobb, Crab, Colston, Decker, Hunter. My rbs are Lacy, Leveon Bell, Stacy, T-Rich, Fred Jackson, and Hyde. This is a PPR league

I would do it, Your rb's are strong enough to take the hit and also your wr's could use the Brandon Marshall upgrade

I would give this a firm "No."

At the current moment, it looks as if Pierre Thomas has been downgraded on the depth chart, to the point where he might not even be filling the default "Sproles" role. This would make him effectively worthless, and completely droppable in most league formats. Not a risk I'm willing to take, so I would remove him as a bargaining chip in this trade.

I'm also not giving up on Marques Colston, and I think he is universally being undervalued. Last year left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths, especially if you owned him, but I just don't think he deserves to be disregarded as a solid WR2 option this year.

Personally, I don't think you're hurting at WR. Cobb, Crabtree, and Colston are fine options, and I think Hunter will be a pleasant surprise. I don't like Decker this year, but as a WR5, he's fine. Obviously having a guy like Marshall would make your WR corps better, but I guess my point is that I'm not sure giving up what you've listed here makes your team as a whole better.

Can you negotiate to where the WR you're giving up is Decker instead of Colston, and the RB you're getting is someone much better than Pierre Thomas? The trade, in its current state, does not seem that great for you, in my opinion.
