Questions
Le'Veon Bell... Should I be concerned? Also suprise bonus question!!!!
My team: 12 team league start 1 qb 2rb 1 flex 2 wr 1 tight end 1 defence and 1 k

1. Jamall
2. Le'Veon
3. Antonio Brown
4. Ryan Mathews
5. Roddy White
6. Steven Jackson
7. Terrance Williams
8. Terrance West
9. Riley Cooper
10. Ruben Randle
11. Kelvin Benjamin
12. Russell Wilson
13. Charles Clay
14. Blair Walsh
15. Bengals D/ST

I feel terriable about drafting Ryan Mathews and Steven Jackson but that's how it turned out unfortunately.

Should I be concerned that Le'Veon Bell won't live up to his draft position with the issue of legarette Blount being in the mix in Pitt?

BONUS: Also do you think I would be able to trade say Ryan Mathews and a guy like Ruben Randal for Andre Ellington?

Le'veon bell is going to be fine, his is a legit 3 down back in a league where there aren't really that many. Don't read too much into Blount, he is really there so that they don't run Le'Veon into the ground this season.

How were you able to draft Jamaal Charles (1-3), Le'Veon Bell (22-24), and Antonio Brown (25-27) in a 12 team league thru 3 rounds? All of those guys are Top 15 no matter what rankings you look at... I call bogus question. Or you're in a terrible league, and it won't really matter who you drafted.

Believe it or not I think Blount will outperform Bell.
Be careful, You may be giving up more talent then you receive. Public perception may be wrong. You should be able to get that deal if you can make the trade early.

Well not much input on whether or not you can get the trade negotiated, but major props if you do...that's quite a bump up. I'd go for it, what do you have to lose?

I wouldn't feel terrible about drafting those two. You may have gone a little high on Mathews, but ultimately who knows. He outperformed a 4th round pick last year, and while it seems unlikely he could do so again in a new system with more guys competing for touches, I don't think you're in for a repeat of '12. Steven Jackson is even less of a player to feel terrible about drafting...6th round is actually quite good value for a starting RB in the NFL, especially in a 12 team league. He hasn't gotten hurt, and he hasn't been replaced by anyone else on the team...so for now, ride him until something happens. Ultimately, those guys are your backups, which is a very solid position to be in at RB. I think Le'Veon Bell will be just fine - certainly not a risk to lose legitimate work to Blount. We'll see Blount used, but more likely as relief than splitting carries.

I'd really be more focused on your lack of WR depth. Roddy as a #1 and Terrance Williams/Randle/Cooper as a #2 is not so great...not like those guys won't be good, but I'd rather be in a position where I have at least one Elite anchor at the position. But, granted, WR is a position that is tough to predict, and ultimately it may not end up hurting you. If I were to be looking at making any kind of trade, it'd be to move some of your RB depth and turn it in to a legit #1 guy.

@Ajay I actually see Blount getting 10-12 carries a game. A little more than a change of pace back. Be careful with Leveon, he could have a very good year, but if he starts to stumble expect to see his carries fall

Sorry Hayden, totally glossed over Antonio Brown there...never NF when tired! Definitely feel a lot better about the team as a whole.

@Tanner, 10-12 carries per game was right about where he was at last year with the Patriots. Given how much of a mess that situation was at various times throughout the year (Vereen hurt, Ridley benched, etc), I guess I just feel like that's a generous approximation? It's not like the Steelers gave him Starter money...I think they have a pretty good idea of who their #1 guy is. Also, I wouldn't call him a change of pace back, and I wouldn't limit the body of work we're trying to predict to just carries; remember, Blount caught literally all of two passes last season, and has never caught more than 15 over 16 games...so that would pretty clearly indicate to me that Bell already has the advantage in terms of catching passes and being in on passing downs. Plus, the Steelers very much look to be adapting the hurry-up as a major part of their offense this year. Generally (and anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), this would mean Bell would be coming off the field less just due to the pace the offense is trying to set. I don't know...ultimately, I'm just not seeing a lot that makes me worry that Blount is a threat to Bell being a very productive RB. He's a good pass-blocker, good pass-catcher, and efficient at the goal line.

The way I see it is that you got 4 starting RBs in a 12 man league. Thats superb. Most managers don't plan that far ahead. I'd be more worried about your D/ST, K, and TE. You seemed to overload on WR at the expense of other positions
