Went with a 2 TE / 0 RB approach in my draft, might have failed hard. How to fix?
I'm in a keeper league where most of the best RBs were being kept, so I decided to go for a 0 RB approach. I was keeping Gronk, and Cameron went for so cheap that I felt obliged to take him (I can play him in the FLEX if necessary). My team below:

QB: Russell Wilson
RB: Toby Gerhart, Steven Jackson, Bernard Pierce, Terrance West, Fred Jackson, Devonta Freeman, Jonathan Grimes
WR: Julio Jones, Andre Johnson, Mike Wallace, Rueben Randle, Kenny Britt
TE: Rob Gronkowski, Jordan Cameron

What players should I be targeting in trades/waivers and what players should I try to package to other teams? Just generally, how do I fix this? Thanks!

I would attempt to work out a package consisting of Gronk or Cameron and Wallace. It's going to be tough since others may likely be stacked at WR due to you skipping on RBs.

Stash Britt for a WR3. He will definitely be a starter after the first few games of the season.

You actually have potential starters in Gerheart, Fred, and Steven/Devonta, whichever is healthy. I would target buy-low RBs like Marshawn Lynch, Arian Foster, Frank Gore, and Ben Tate. Hopefully someone on your league is stacked at RB and weak at TE.

Who are the top 5 or 6 RBs on waivers?

    Pretty slim pickings, unfortunately: http://tinypic.com/r/2vvm9z5/8

Ouch, well I'd figure out some sort of package deal that send one of your TEs to someone who needs them.

Pretty risky appraoch there. I'd do as many 2-for-1s as possible, so packaging up one of your TEs and a RB for a better RB is your best bet.

TE in the flex - I've never seen it go well

i think if you are going to do this, you have to go graham and either gronk or julius....and i would rather see another top wr with the approach as well...id look to trade hard if this were me
