I picked last

QB: Drew Brees
RB: Zac Stacy, Toby Gerhart, Ryan Matthews
WR: AJ Green, Roddy White
TE: Martellus Bennet
K: Adam Vinetari
D/ST: Cleveland

Bench: Phillip Rivers, Steven Jackson, Shonn Greene, Brandin Cooks, Marvin Jones, Kendall Wright

I also have first priority on the waiver wire. I know I need another TE, but am I missing any other pieces?

Are you missing any pieces other than TE depth? ...I think my answer to that question would be a firm "no."

Maybe pick up another RB? I dunno, I really don't like SJax or Mathews...but it's not like they're going to be worthless....

You do not need a TE on your bench. Think of who you would drop. Cooks or Jones? Forget that. Keep them on your roster as potential breakout players. Bennett will be your TE until his week 9 bye, then you drop the worst player on your bench for a TE for one week. You do not need a backup TE, waste of a roster spot.

I normally wouldn't condone drafting a backup QB that early (or at all TBH) but Rivers has the potential to put up top 7 fantasy QB #s this season so I do like that. You could potentially deal Brees later in the season to a team who wants a great QB and role with Rivers as your QB. You could deal Rivers as well but he won't bring in as much "star power" as Brees would

Who would you rather have a backup for? Drew Brees or the guy who is going to be losing snaps to Zach Miller this year? Hmmmmm. This years Gronk, Jimmy or Julius MIGHT be out there, and my best bet is that is Ladarius green, Kelce, or Ertz. Take a swing for the fences to maximize your STARTING lineup. Marvin and shhone green arent going to win you no games in the playoffs. Meanwhile starting bennet against an elite TE in your fantasy playoffs might be the difference maker.

If I had that roster, I'd try to trade some of the solid WR depth and shaky RB for a better RB. It's a decent roster, but I'd really be worried about those RBs, they're all pretty unproven. WR is really deep this year, and you can't play all of them...
