The best two options are for sure Julio or Matthews. Depending on what you think you can get in the 3rd round of this league I would highly debate taking Matthews. He ran extremely well last year on over 280 carries. His TD's weren't quite there but he tallied up yards (1200+) which in a non-ppr standard is huge. He does have Woodhead and now Donald Brown to compete with but barring injury he will be the first and second down back for sure. If you get even close to what he gave last year that gives you a solid RB2 at a 9th round price tag. If you think most of the top WR's will be kept then just play it safe and take Julio but I would be fine replacing with Julio with Ashlon, B Marsh, Antonio Brown, J Nelson and other guys in that same second tier of WR's. My first tier is CJ, D Thomas, AJ, and Dez. I do think Julio is the best second tier WR.

Ryan Mathews in the 9th has the most upside. Julio might be another option.

I agree Mathews has potential upside but he has a lot of unsettling downside as well.

Thanks, Julio was my choice too but I wanted to see what others thought. The bargain factor isn't as high as he will be a 3rd rounder.
