Keep: Toby Gerhart or Reggie Bush?
I'm torn between keeping Gerhart or Bush.My league is a 10 team, non-ppr with 3 keepers. Roster positions are 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR/TE, 1 K, 1 DEF. This is our first year with keepers, as the last two years we just used a full redraft. The way we are doing keepers is that you lose the draft pick for the round that a kept player was drafted last year, with FAs counting as last round picks.
Currently I am planning on keeping AJ Green (2nd round) and Keenan Allen (FA). The only other player I would consider keeping is Nick Foles (FA), but he would only be a value pick and I would be happy drafting Romo or Ryan in lieu of keeping Foles. I picked up Gerhart as a FA and Bush in the 5th round last year.
Anyway, I'm torn between keeping Gerhart and Bush. I tend to go for volume players, a metric by which Gerhart has a clear advantage over Bush. However, Bush's proven track record as a fantasy starter and the Lions' offensive competence is hard to discount.
I did some predictions for players other teams in my league would keep, and it looks like the best RBs that might be available in the 5th round of my draft would be players like Sankey, Vereen, R,. Jennings, B. Tate. This is taking into account that there would only be 4 picks in the first round (due to 6 likely keepers), 6 second round picks, etc.
So basically, my choice boils down to whether or not I think that Gerhart + a fifth round pick would give me a better weekly lineup than keeping Bush. I know that the former is most appealing up front for depth, but since a lot of teams are keeping top 10 RBs, of which I have none, I really want my RB keeper to be a player that I can reliably line up every week as a starter. I don't know if Gerhart will provide that kind of security, especially given the fantasy wasteland that was the Jaguars last year.

3Alex Chamberlain (500 Reputation Points)Keep Gerhart. He is going to have an extremely heavy workload in Jacksonville and more touches usually leads to more fantasy points.
-
1Zan Patorgis (500 Reputation Points)Definitely going Gerhart here.
-
1brickthrees (500 Reputation Points)Take Toby, Joke Bell will take more touches from Bush this year.
-
1TJ Langley (500 Reputation Points)Gerhart, especially with the value of it. You can easily replace Bush by round 5

1Beau Ryan (500 Reputation Points)Thats a tough one, jacksonville might really struggle to score this year like at all, but bush's track record isnt the best for staying on the field. I would prob take Bush and give up the 5th because when healthy he can be one of the top RBs in fantasy. I personally would keep both the rbs and drop Allen. I would rather have rbs than wrs

1Ryan Sylvester (500 Reputation Points)Jags fan here. So far in training camp Gerhardt has looked impressive. I still think they will mix in Denard Robinson but Gerhardt should be the workhorse back. It seems like every year Bush is set to be a fantasy superstar but every year he is only average. I would keep Gerhardt based on volume alone
