    Moreno is slipping in drafts, and I've gotten him in the 11th in some. At that point, yes.

    Ray Rice should be avoided right now.

    I'd go with a sixth WR. Backup tight ends are plentiful off the waiver wire in standard leagues.

    I would avoid both. Moreno showed up in Miami overweight and out of shape. Add to that his surgery, i think the best he will do is share the position with Lamar Miller. I think he will ultimately just be a third down back, if he plays at all. As for Rice, let someone else take the risk.

    that Dolphin O-line looks dicey, and from Peyton with tons of weapons to Tannehill surely doesn't help. Let someone else draft him.

    Yeah I would avoid both Rice and Moreno - I think someone else will take them before I would even consider them.

    Regarding the 6th WR / backup TE - it really depends who is available. I would be looking to grab someone who could potentially blow-up, becoming trade bait or maybe starting for your team. I would rather have someone like Ladarius Green than someone like Brian Hartline / Steve Smith / Steve Johnson - all solid players but unlikely to perform at even flex level (outside of bye weeks).
