Keeper League Decision
12 Team, .5 PPR / .25 Carry / .25 Completion, 2 QB league. 6 pts/ TD.

Choose 3 of the following:
Luck
RG3
Lacy
Forte

Andy Dalton went 13th overall last year in the draft to give you an idea of where the QBs go.

I am leaning towards the first 3 listed. What are your guys thoughts?

Assuming you're keeping with your first three picks, and not original round, I am keeping the two backs and Luck. Throw back RGIII and get a slightly-less-good QB with your first or second pick, like an Alex Smith, who will be well-suited to your scoring system as well. You gotta keep those backs tho, especially with the extra carry points as well. Having two lead backs and Luck is a great foundation, and you can get wideouts and a second QB with your first few picks.

I would keep Eddie Lacy and Matt Forte along with Luck. Who knows how RG III will play after last year? Lacy and Forte are two of the best RBs in the NFL and that is a rarity to have on a fantasy football team. That combination along with Luck and another mediocre QB could very well lead you to a strong finish in your league.

The fact that it is a keeper league makes me want to hang onto two strong QBs. I could potentially end up trading RG3 for some other pieces in season. I just don't see myself keeping Forte past this year (he is going to be 30) and we all know how slipper that slope is.

That's high scoring for QB's. Regardless, I would keep Lacy, Forte, and Luck. Luck over RGIII due to obvious reasons (RGIII's health). SInce PPR, go with some potential PPR RB beasts. Then, try drafting two more QB's with high TD upside.

If Dalton went 13 last year, I think you have to keep both qbs and then flip a coin at rb.

I just can't justify taking someone like that in the first 3 rounds (or say even Alex Smith) when I can still scoop up some quality / value WR + RB

I've never played in a league quite like what you've got going (2 QB, .5 PPR, Keeper, etc.), but I can't think of any league where I wouldn't want to keep Forte. He's top-4 in standard leagues (and probably jumps over AP in a .5 PPR), so I'd find a way to keep him (even if it means leaving Lacy or RG3 behind).

I am not sure how to decide between 2 qbs or 2 rbs because I am not too familiar playing in a league with that scoring, but I would say I like Rg3 over Luck this season, and I like Lacy over Forte.
