Who's your Most Improved Player?
We picked Goran Dragic. Agree or disagree?

Lance Stephenson for sure. Dragic made huge strides this year (though his assists dropped some), but he was already a really good player. Coming into the year I think many thought Stephenson might not even be starting once Danny Granger got healthy, but it turns out that many nights he was the best player on the floor (that's saying a lot when your teammates include Paul George and Roy Hibbert). He led the league in triple doubles with 5, but could have easily had many more (lots of nights with double digit points, 7+ rebounds, 7+ assists). If you look at it from a fantasy perspective, he went undrafted in my 10 team league, so we were either all idiots or he wasn't even a preseason top-130 player. I picked him up off waivers in the first week and he was one of my top-5 players all year. I think that the Pacers' struggles down the stretch cost him this award (just like Hibbert for DPOY), but Stephenson still helped lead the Pacers to the best record in the east.

Excellent point. It's actually kind of amazing that we went from a point when Lance was the clear MIP, Roy was the obvious DPOY, and PG as a third-in-line (at times second) MVP candidate. I was even thinking Vogel for COY early on. Amazing how things change, eh? I still believe Dragic deserved it (reasons listed in my article), but Stephenson would've been a good choice as well.

As for DeMar, he definitely stepped his game up this year. No one's really balking at that contract anymore.

Where Gerald Green is now compared to where he was is unreal. Just about everyone on that roster could be considered for this award!
