Questions
Is Michael Vick worth an add for an NFL team?
He's a free agent, and plenty of teams need quarterbacks. But is he worth it given his injury history?

i don't think that he's worth it because all the teams that are struggling at QB should get one in the draft. (browns, vikings)

teams with short term aspirations for playoff success, like the texans or Jets, would be the sort of scenario that make the most sense. the raiders jags vikings are further away from playoff expectations by most estimations but could use an upgrade at qb. but Vick isn't a long term solution regardless of his health. I'd draft a qb and sign Vick to start in the interim.

J-E-T-S! JETS! JETS! JETS!!!! POR FAVOR!!!!!

Gang Green can't go into 2014 with Simms as their back-up. I'd still like to see Geno start (even if his NEP is the root of all sadness), but Vick is a nice little insurance plan in case Geno decides to do Geno things again.

only team that vick would be an upgrade at QB is the jets, other than that he can sit and wait for whoever offers him the most money either before the season starts or as a midseason replacement for a team who's starting QB gets injured.

I think so, clearly depends on his contract and playing time demands. If he's willing to compete for a starting job and potentially be a backup then I don't see a reason why he wouldn't be a fit for a bunch of teams without a "franchise qb".
