Trade to get foles? trade deadline is tonight!!

So I've got Romo and have used him all year. My team has scored the most points in my league but i am the last seed in the playoffs so I'm playing the number 1 seed. I need points and I think QB is the easiest position to cash in on extra points especially with Romo's mediocre play as of late. I have been offered Nick Foles and Darren McFadden for Zac Stacy (I will also give him Ryan Fitzpatrick to sweeten the deal a bit because fitzpatrick has no value to me if i have foles.)
