Bye Week Maneuvers

Thanks a lot for looking at my long-winded question. With Cameron & Gronk on bye this week I need a TE. My only two droppable players are Tolbert & Joique Bell. My Defense (Seattle) is out the following week.
I could make a trade but that doesn't make sense for a one-time fill-in. I thought I could drop Tolbert for either Tyler Eifert, Joel Dreessen (apparently starting in place of Julius T), Brent Celek. I could also drop Bell for the best available FA Defense (Houston) for week 11. Also I'm in 2nd place at 8-1, two games ahead of the next guy, so I could conceivably just leave one of the spots vacant. Which if any TE should I take, and is it worth dropping Bell for one week of Houston? Thanks again.

I really don't see Tolbert or Bell being make or break RBs for playoff teams unless that playoff team is 1) in a super deep league or 2) Has Reggie Bush (Bell). I'd drop either for your bye week woes. Good luck!
