Offered Romo/Mendenhall/White for ADP in keeper

Starting positions: QB RB RB WR WR WR/TE K DST with 7 bench. Have Vick/Stafford at QB, Peterson/Benson/Wells/Battle/D. Thomas/Charles at RB, Jennings/Wallace/J. Jones/Marshall/V. Davis at WR/TE. We can only keep 3 players a season. As of now, I'm planning on keeping Vick/ADP/a WR next year. I'm leaning towards no, since it would be a big downgrade at RB and a minor upgrade at WR/TE, but the idea of flipping a QB for RB help is intriguing. Thoughts?*edit....there are no fractional points and TD's are worth a lot more than yardage compared to most other leagues.
