Week 16 Flex: Bryce Brown, Alex Green, Curtis Brinkley, or Beanie Wells.

McCoy will be starting it seems which sucks for Brown. SD has been terrible but they may be playing in the run which helps Brinkley if he starts. Green has been weak too and he may be not 100%.

Forgot to add Beanie Wells, but not sure that changes anything lol.

Who is has best chance for upside in the flex position?

If Beanie is the answer, I dont want to know what the question is. With that being said, Beanie is probably the best bet here.

Brinkley is in a 3-way split of carries, and none of the three are good.
McCoy is playing, so you can't start Brown with any confidence.

That leaves Green and Wells. What has Green done, at all, this season to make you feel any sense of confidence in him? He has ZERO games with double digit fantasy points (at least in my league, which is 0.5ppr, and his season high was 9). His best rushing game was 69 yards. His best total yardage game was 82 yards. He has ZERO touchdowns.

Now, Beanie's not much better. His best yardage game was even less. But he missed most of the season, and he does have 5 TDs.

And most importantly, Beanie doesn't share carries. Green has to share with Ryan Grant and Dujuan Harris. My opponent is starting Green this week. His other options are Bilal Powell and Jacquizz Rodgers. I made sure to snag Beanie off the wire before he had the chance to.

I'd go with Beanie and hope for the best

I don't love any of these, but I'd guess Alex Green is the best bet.
