I would say get rid of him. Some pickups at RB I would suggest, (in order), depending on who is available in your league:
1. Vick Ballard
2. Deangelo Williams
3. Beanie Wells

I'd say he's expendable w/McFadden back unless you have no other viable options at RB. Not much in the way of good players on the waiver wire though. And who knows how long McFadden can stay healthy?

Randall I have my two starters - Chris Johnson and Jamal Charles, and using Bryce Brown in the flex spot. My only other back on the bench is Fred Jackson and of course Reece.
