None of those guys really excite me, but if I had to choose one I'd go with Willis McGahee. Moreno is hurt and had ball security issues against Oakland. The only other one might be Deji Karim. I just picked Deji up in my 14 team league for bench strength trading with MJD's owner if he gets hurt.
how will things shake out in the Washington RB situation? helu had a nice second half on sunday, and shanahan is notorious for RBBC...does hightower maintain starter value or no?

I think it will end up close to an even split between the two under Shanahan. I wouldn't think either of the guys are better options than flex plays.
Which one of my WR should I drop? Braylon Edwards (or wait the injury) and/or Pierre Garcon for CJ Spiller and/or Roy Helu? I could Waiver Budget for both of them or just one. It is a dynasty league so it might be smart to try to get both of them.

I think I'd definitely drop Braylon, I don't see a lot of value in his right now. I'd keep Pierre though, and pick up Helu.

I like Bush's chances against Washington this week. Mia has been playing strong and Bush has out produced all his fellow backs! Mathew's is very injury prone and as long as Tolbert is healthy he won't touch the ball in the end-zone! Helu plays musical chairs with his fellow backs and Cinci, who doesn't have a strong running game is facing a tough Pit D.

I like Brown. Helu is still fighting for touches, Tolbert is injury prone, while Brown comes on stronger every week.

Helu. I would understand a Thomas start though if he's healthy, but Bush has been getting the brunt load now that Miami seems to know how to use him.

Torain is pretty much garbage at this point, but I wouldn't dump Fitzpatrick just yet. I don't think Rex is an upgrade.

Only 2 with good match-ups are Williams and Dez. They are saying Freeman has a sore shoulder and Miles might be back in the line-up for Dallas. But that still remains to be seen this week! I have a feeling only one of these players will have a big day, not sure which one. I might go with Helu just because he is the starter, but I don't expect the same from him as last week. I would rather say one of the WR's, but I favor a RB in the flex to much.

Helu for sure. Mendenhall has a better chance of finding the endzone but Jackson is going to get more receptions. Go with Mendenhall since Bradshaw is banged up and might not start.

Tough match-ups for you to I see. out of these I think I would go with Helu and Bush. Don't think Smith is even going to play otherwise I would go with him over Helu, but remember he is injury prone. Mathews is not a viable option since Tolbert takes all red-zone carries.
Is there any use keeping McFadden (just Week 14-16 left)? If not, should I grab Helu or Barber?

I feel they are equal as well, except for Bell. I would just go with the one who has a better match-up, which might be Bell.he didn't do bad against Sea who is better against the run than GB. otherwise I would go Thomas against Buf

McGahee will get his yards and possibly one TD. Bell is intriguing due to GB's defense and will also have opportunity to catch dump offs and swing passes. With "RunOutOfBounds FumbleMan" out for Chicago, he'll also get the load of running plays. Helu is a crap shoot this week as he has been limited in practice and Royster ran hard last week. Comes down to McGahee and Bell. McGahee also has a hammy issue right now but Buffalo was shredded last week by Miami on the ground (total, one play was 79 yarder by Bush). Bell is an unknown but healthy and Chicago will run the ball for many reasons (clock, keep it out of Rodgers hands, short passing game). I'm going to say at 7am, Bell. However, get right down to 11:50 and see how McGahee looks in warm ups if you are able to.
