Quarterbacks

How will Tom Brady do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, New England Patriots

0Bob Reed
He can't keep up the same level of efficiency as last year (with only 4 INTs) but he'll be top of the class, per usual

How will Aaron Rodgers do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Green Bay Packers

0Tom Becker
This need not be said, but Rodgers should lead QBs in fantasy points this year, again.

How will Michael Vick do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Philadelphia Eagles

0Stacy Robert Reagan
There will be some weeks this year that he will put up enough Fantasy points to win the game all by himself... and there will be some weeks he does not play...

How will Peyton Manning do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Indianapolis Colts

0Nik Bønaddio
It really depends on how his neck holds up. If he's healthy, he's probably a top 5 QB (although slightly overrated) but if not, watch out. Curtis Painter? Come on!

How will Philip Rivers do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, San Diego Chargers

0Jim R
Rivers should post elite QB numbers again. Last year, he was solid even without VJax and Gates and Nenee for most of the season. Imagine what he can do when VJax and Gates are on the field all season!

How will Drew Brees do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, New Orleans Saints

0Bob Reed
Big things poppin'. Hopefully he can limit the interceptions this season.

How will Josh Freeman do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

1Daniel Okopnyi
I'll put it like this, an intense sleeper with the know how and weapons to be a tier 2 qb easily. I picked him up in the 9th in most of my leagues (after the tier 1's were gone). I think he will surprise us this season. In other words: Over 4,000 yards, over 300 Completions, 40 TDs.

How will Matt Ryan do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Atlanta Falcons

0Tom Becker
He continues to improve and impress. Expect 4,000 yds and 30 TDs.

How will Matt Schaub do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Houston Texans

0Tom Becker
Schaub is a stud and performs year in and year out. Expect 4000 passing yards from him.

How will Joe Flacco do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Baltimore Ravens

1Jim R
Flacco should be a top 15 qb this year. He did lose some weapons in Derrick Mason and Todd Heap, but having played with anquan boldin for a year now makes me believe that big plays are in the near future for both of them.

How will David Garrard do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Jacksonville Jaguars

0Aaron Jackson
Del Rio doesn't seem to like him, but he's always been productive (even on the ground). If the Jaguars start to slip, though, expect Gabbert to get some playing time.

How will Jay Cutler do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Chicago Bears

0Tom Becker
He should produce pretty well. He'll get sacked more than any other QB though because he holds onto the ball too long.

How will Kyle Orton do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Denver Broncos

1Tom Becker
Orton is underrated, he should have a good year. The only problem is a John Fox, run-heavy system (and the threat of Tebow if the Broncos are tanking, Tebow is the fan--and god--favorite).

How will Ryan Fitzpatrick do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Buffalo Bills

0Jim R
Ryan Fitzpatrick will just barely make the top 20 for fantasy qb's. There's definitely better talent out there!

How will Mark Sanchez do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, New York Jets

0Ashley Sanders
Not particularly bullish on Sanchez, but any means. Top 20 QB, if that.

How will Sam Bradford do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, St. Louis Rams

0Aaron Jackson
Bradford should continue to improve, although not dramatically. The Rams still need a few more pieces before they become a legitimate team.

How will Donovan McNabb do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Washington Redskins

0Bob Reed
I think people are underrating him. McNabb can still play and the Vikings will have a good year.

Do you think Aaron Rodgers is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Green Bay Packers

2Johnny Hewitt
Underrated, even though everyone knows he is the top QB. The kid can throw.

Do you think Michael Vick is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Philadelphia Eagles

0Tom Becker
Overrated after last year. He can't put up those numbers again and his numbers declined in the second half of the season. He's still a beast but he'll regress to the mean.

Do you think Peyton Manning is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Indianapolis Colts

0Stacy Robert Reagan
No with no neck injury... he may struggle early with timing this year but will probably get back to the old Peyton as the year goes on.

Do you think Josh Freeman is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

0Johnny Hewitt
Overrated after last season, but he'll have a good year nonetheless.

Do you think Matt Ryan is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Atlanta Falcons

0Bob Reed
Depends who you ask, ESPN's Total QBR love him right now because of his clutch performance last year, but the kid is good.

Do you think Eli Manning is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, New York Giants

0walid khwaja
I think Eli is def overrated. Don't get me wrong he is good but no where near Brady as he claims (and believe me I hate Brady)

Do you think Matt Cassel is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Kansas City Chiefs

0Tom Becker
Right now, underrated although he was certainly overrated after the year with the Patriots. People see KC primarily as a running driven offense, but Cassel can throw the ball.

Do you think David Garrard is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Jacksonville Jaguars

0Tom Becker
Underrated, at least as a fantasy QB. He produces, especially with his legs. Del Rio seems to hate him, though and is looking for an excuse to try out his new toy in Gabbert.

Do you think Jay Cutler is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Chicago Bears

0Jim R
This year and this year only, I actually think Jay Cutler may be slightly underrated. I still feel like he needs a better offensive line and he needs to get rid of the ball sooner, but I believe he has the potential to put up some really solid numbers.

Do you think Ryan Fitzpatrick is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Buffalo Bills

0Ashley Sanders
Underrated. He doesn't get the credit he's due for what he did with a truly awful team last year.

Do you think Sam Bradford is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, St. Louis Rams

1Aaron Jackson
Overrated, at least for now. Everyone seems to think he is the savior in St. Louis, and while he is solid, he's nothing to write home about...yet.

Do you think Donovan McNabb is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Washington Redskins

0walid khwaja
Def overrated. Hi is not a top tier QB anymore. He might have a good year this year with some weapons in Min but i think he has a year or 2 left in his career.

Who is a better draft pick: Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers?
Asked in: Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Quarterbacks, New England Patriots, Green Bay Packers

1Jeff Servos
Although, technically, time will only tell, I'm gunna go ahead and say Brady...Good luck catching up to that laundry list of achievements Rodgers...

Who is a better draft pick: Aaron Rodgers or Michael Vick?
Asked in: Aaron Rodgers, Michael Vick, Quarterbacks, Green Bay Packers, Philadelphia Eagles

2Ron Hogsett
The numbers say Rodgers, my emotion says Vick. Rodgers also brings less risk (as far as injuries are concerned) to your portfolio than Vick does. In reviewing last year's numbers, both were similar average in yards/completion, average yards/game and average passing attempts/game. With similar numbers but with Rodgers being slightly more accurate and less of a risk, Rodgers would be a better pick over Vick.

Who is a better draft pick: Michael Vick or Peyton Manning?
Asked in: Michael Vick, Peyton Manning, Quarterbacks, Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts

0Tom Becker
Depends on the league. Manning is the poster child of consistency whereas Vick is the high risk high reward man. I'm more of a fan of Manning just because you know for sure what you are getting, but no one can argue with either guy.

Who is a better draft pick: Michael Vick or Philip Rivers?
Asked in: Michael Vick, Philip Rivers, Quarterbacks, Philadelphia Eagles, San Diego Chargers

0walid khwaja
I disagree though with most answers here that Rivers should go 1st in the draft. I don't think there is any QB that can put up the numbers that Vick does on a weekly basis.

Who is a better draft pick: Philip Rivers or Drew Brees?
Asked in: Philip Rivers, Drew Brees, Quarterbacks, San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints

0Keith Goldner
Ah, the San Diego kids. Gotta go with Rivers due to recent production, but I wouldn't be unhappy with either of them.

Who is a better draft pick: Josh Freeman or Matt Ryan?
Asked in: Josh Freeman, Matt Ryan, Quarterbacks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Atlanta Falcons

0Keith Goldner
Matt Ryan, although I think Freeman has the better upside because of his running abilities.

Who is a better draft pick: Josh Freeman or Eli Manning?
Asked in: Josh Freeman, Eli Manning, Quarterbacks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New York Giants

1Mike Ecker
Eli by a long shot....Eli is already a super bowl MVP ...freeman has not even been to the playoffs

Who is a better draft pick: Josh Freeman or Matt Schaub?
Asked in: Josh Freeman, Matt Schaub, Quarterbacks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Houston Texans

3Sean Weinstock
Yeah, agreed. Houston will actually be good this year. And that Schaub --> Johnson punch is going to be nasty.

Who is a better draft pick: Matt Ryan or Eli Manning?
Asked in: Matt Ryan, Eli Manning, Quarterbacks, Atlanta Falcons, New York Giants

0Keith Goldner
I think Matt Ryan, although fantasy-wise there's not a huge difference. Ryan is a better in-game QB though, the normal statistics just may not show it.

Who is a better draft pick: Eli Manning or Matt Schaub?
Asked in: Eli Manning, Matt Schaub, Quarterbacks, New York Giants, Houston Texans

0Stacy Robert Reagan
Both have plenty of weapons but I'd go Schaub as long as he stay healthy. Eli makes lots of great throws but also makes lots of bad decisions.

Who is a better draft pick: Eli Manning or Joe Flacco?
Asked in: Eli Manning, Joe Flacco, Quarterbacks, New York Giants, Baltimore Ravens

0Ashley Sanders
I actually like Eli a lot this year, so I think I'm going to go with Eli.

Who is a better draft pick: Matt Schaub or Joe Flacco?
Asked in: Matt Schaub, Joe Flacco, Quarterbacks, Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens

0Aaron Jackson
Schaub. Last year was a "down" year for him but he still put up big numbers.

Who is a better draft pick: Joe Flacco or David Garrard?
Asked in: Joe Flacco, David Garrard, Quarterbacks, Baltimore Ravens, Jacksonville Jaguars

0Johnny Hewitt
Flacco, Baltimore is just light years ahead of Jacksonville. Plus Del Rio doesn't love Garrard.

Who is a better draft pick: David Garrard or Jay Cutler?
Asked in: David Garrard, Jay Cutler, Quarterbacks, Jacksonville Jaguars, Chicago Bears

0Sean Weinstock
Easy Jay Cutler....that's cuz I drafted him...over Garrard.

Who is a better draft pick: Jay Cutler or Kyle Orton?
Asked in: Jay Cutler, Kyle Orton, Quarterbacks, Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos

0Johnny Hewitt
Cutler, just because he has no competition. If things go sour in Denver, Orton will lose his gig again.

Who is a better draft pick: Jay Cutler or Ryan Fitzpatrick?
Asked in: Jay Cutler, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Quarterbacks, Chicago Bears, Buffalo Bills

0Keith Goldner
Cutler (unless sacks count against you). I don't think Fitzpatrick will repeat his success from last year.

Who is a better draft pick: Ryan Fitzpatrick or Ben Roethlisberger?
Asked in: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ben Roethlisberger, Quarterbacks, Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Tom Becker
Big Ben, no question here. Fitzpatrick had a great fantasy year last year but I don't think there is even a comparison.

Who is a better draft pick: Mark Sanchez or Sam Bradford?
Asked in: Mark Sanchez, Sam Bradford, Quarterbacks, New York Jets, St. Louis Rams

2walid khwaja
I dont think either QB will perform an an elite fantasy QB this year. On the upside I think the Jets are fighting for something that hinges on Sanches's development as a player. This being said I believe there is more pressure on Sanchez to perform and thus he is the better pick this year.

Who is a better draft pick: Shaun Hill or Matt Hasselbeck?
Asked in: Shaun Hill, Matt Hasselbeck, Quarterbacks, Detroit Lions, Tennessee Titans

0Bob Reed
Hasselbeck, only cause he's starting, neither are viable draft picks.

Who is a better draft pick: Chad Henne or Jason Campbell?
Asked in: Chad Henne, Jason Campbell, Quarterbacks, Miami Dolphins, Oakland Raiders

0Tom Becker
For fantasy purposes I'd have to say Campbell just because he has somewhat of a ground game. Neither can really throw the ball.

Who is a better draft pick: Jon Kitna or Matt Hasselbeck?
Asked in: Jon Kitna, Matt Hasselbeck, Quarterbacks, Dallas Cowboys, Tennessee Titans

0Tom Becker
Hasselbeck, only because he is starting, but neither is worthy of a draft pick.

Who is a better draft pick: Jason Campbell or Matt Hasselbeck?
Asked in: Jason Campbell, Matt Hasselbeck, Quarterbacks, Oakland Raiders, Tennessee Titans

0PEJ
Can I vote neither? I don't think either one of them should be drafted, but if you absolutely have to, gotta go Hasselbeck. I thought he actually looked pretty good last night.

Who is a more exciting player: Aaron Rodgers or Michael Vick?
Asked in: Aaron Rodgers, Michael Vick, Quarterbacks, Green Bay Packers, Philadelphia Eagles

4Nate Tharp
Vick is the most athletic player in the league. But it doesn't get much better than watching Rodgers surgically pick apart defenses and toss up 40 points.

Who is a more exciting player: Michael Vick or Philip Rivers?
Asked in: Michael Vick, Philip Rivers, Quarterbacks, Philadelphia Eagles, San Diego Chargers

2David Romero
Vick is def. more exciting. I'll take Vick any day of the week over Rivers especially with Philly's squad!

Who is a more exciting player: Peyton Manning or Philip Rivers?
Asked in: Peyton Manning, Philip Rivers, Quarterbacks, Indianapolis Colts, San Diego Chargers

0Aaron Jackson
Peyton. With the possible exceptions of Vick and now Rodgers, no one is more fun to watch run an offense.

Who is a more exciting player: Philip Rivers or Drew Brees?
Asked in: Philip Rivers, Drew Brees, Quarterbacks, San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints

3Stacy Robert Reagan
Both are great QB's but Rivers plays with so much fire and emotion I'd have to go with him.

Who is a more exciting player: Matt Schaub or Joe Flacco?
Asked in: Matt Schaub, Joe Flacco, Quarterbacks, Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens

0Bob Reed
Schaub since his offense is much better than Flacco's. Houston has a top 3 offense in the league.

Who is a more exciting player: Joe Flacco or Matt Cassel?
Asked in: Joe Flacco, Matt Cassel, Quarterbacks, Baltimore Ravens, Kansas City Chiefs

0Johnny Hewitt
Flacco, athough not by much. I think Boldin is due for a bounce back year and now they have Lee Evans.

Who is a more exciting player: Jay Cutler or Kyle Orton?
Asked in: Jay Cutler, Kyle Orton, Quarterbacks, Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos

0Aaron Jackson
Right now, I'd have to go with the EX-Bears QB in Orton. Unfortunately, John Fox may limit his opportunities this season.

Who is a more exciting player: Ryan Fitzpatrick or Ben Roethlisberger?
Asked in: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ben Roethlisberger, Quarterbacks, Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Keith Goldner
Even with Fitzpatrick's big year last year, you can't bet against Big Ben (and a winning team).

Who is a more exciting player: Chad Henne or Jon Kitna?
Asked in: Chad Henne, Jon Kitna, Quarterbacks, Miami Dolphins, Dallas Cowboys

1Keith Goldner
Henne. Barring another Romo injury, Kitna won't see much action.

Who is a more exciting player: Jon Kitna or Matt Hasselbeck?
Asked in: Jon Kitna, Matt Hasselbeck, Quarterbacks, Dallas Cowboys, Tennessee Titans

0Keith Goldner
Neither are remotely exciting, but Hasselbeck will be starting (at least before he gets hurt and Locker takes over).

Who is a more exciting player: Tony Romo or Vince Young?
Asked in: Tony Romo, Vince Young, Quarterbacks, Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles

0Kyle Foreman
With this year's weapons he's an easy top 10 QB. I'd rather deal with the injury risk then deal with Flacco, Ryan, Freeman, Schaub, etc.

Who is a more exciting player: Vince Young or Tim Tebow?
Asked in: Vince Young, Tim Tebow, Quarterbacks, Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos

0Tom Becker
Both are extremely exciting backup QBs, I'd go with Vince though, especially in the Eagles system. Vick will go down and he'll get a chance to strut his stuff.

Who is a more exciting player: Tim Tebow or Derek Anderson?
Asked in: Tim Tebow, Derek Anderson, Quarterbacks, Denver Broncos, Arizona Cardinals

0Johnny Hewitt
Tebow, no doubt, but neither are poised for much PT this year.

Who is a more exciting player: Tim Tebow or Colt McCoy?
Asked in: Tim Tebow, Colt McCoy, Quarterbacks, Denver Broncos, Cleveland Browns

1Bob Reed
Tebow is more exciting but McCoy is the guy in Cleveland. Tebow won't play too much behind Orton unless the Broncos fall off.

Who is a more exciting player: Derek Anderson or Colt McCoy?
Asked in: Derek Anderson, Colt McCoy, Quarterbacks, Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns

1Johnny Hewitt
Colt McCoy. Anderson probably wont get much playing time in Carolina.

It's starting to look like Manning could maybe miss a game or two... any predictions when he will start his first game this year?
Asked in: Peyton Manning, Indianapolis Colts, Quarterbacks

1Christopher M Davis
My money is on him going Week 1. He's is too much of a competitor, first of all, to let his health get in the way of at least trying to start a game that matters and to people who play because all they want to do is win he'll be out there to start. Finishing those first few games though is another story. He starts week 1 and 2. Plays a complete game week 3. If Favre was the iron man, Peyton is like, I dunno, stretch armstrong. Second, the only way Peyton's streak dies is if the worst case scenario is career ending, and in this case, from what trainers have said his problem is, it doesn't sound like him starting week 1 would be catastrophic if he gets bumped around some. Too much on the line for him personally to let himself be benched.

Vick has been going early in some drafts and while we all see the upside there is the danger of injury as well as the fact that some defenses seemed to figure him out late last year... where would you draft Vick?
Asked in: Michael Vick, Philadelphia Eagles, Quarterbacks

7walid khwaja
Depending on your strategy (I would always pick a top RB over a QB) Vick should be the 1st QB to go. I understand his chances of getting injured are prob higher then most QB's but he will consistently get you top QB points every week.

How early is too early to draft a QB?
Asked in: Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Philip Rivers, Quarterbacks, Michael Vick

4Ron Hogsett
I agree, this year it seems likes QBs have been going earlier than years past. My strategy has been based on the league I'm drafting in(12man vs 10man, 4 point passer TD vs 6) and my draft position. In a 10 man with Yahoo! default, I can see QB's start going by the 2nd round. I personally like the idea of grabbing a QB early enough to snag a top 5 considering they are top "point-getters" season after season. If you are playing in a smart league, it’s plausible that the top 5 QBs could all be gone by the end of the 2nd round. Drafting a QB late would have to be determined by the quality of RB's you’ve taken in the first two picks and the quality of WR's available in your 3rd and 4th picks, and which QB may be available in the 5th and 6th rounds (typically those outside the top 10). I think waiting beyond the 4th round for a QB would be a mistake. In a 6 point passer TD league, I'd expect the top 10 QB's to be gone by the end of the 2nd round. QB's outside the top 10 have an EV that quickly drops, relative to expected point production. At the expense of a top running back, I'd prefer to see a more consistent QB in the early early rounds of the draft in this situation. So, to answer, I would say drafting first overall in a league with 4 point passer TD is too early, but not in a 6 point passer TD league.

3 too early for QB?
Asked in: Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers, Michael Vick, Quarterbacks

1Nik Bonaddio
In a 6 point passing TD league, I think if you can get Aaron there, it might be a great pick. Ditto with Tom Brady. The draft kit can definitely help you with this!

How long do you think Peyton is going to be out?
Asked in: Indianapolis Colts, Quarterbacks, Peyton Manning

0Daniel Okopnyi
There are two reports this week of the whole season and I haven't seen anything from the Colts camp denying it yet. Doctor's are saying there is no time table for that type of injury, it's purely regenerative. So depending on his ability to heal. Personally I would say half the season.

How many points with Philip Rivers put up in Week 1?
Asked in: San Diego Chargers, Quarterbacks, Philip Rivers

1GAUTAM BHATIA
With a matchup of the Vikings defense that had an up and down last year and the with an improved offense, I expect this game to be a shootout and have Rivers going for at least 3 TDs. Remember he also has a healthy Gates and a rested but hungry Vincent Jackson so that play to his advantage also.

How many points will Michael Vick put up in Week 1?
Asked in: Philadelphia Eagles, Quarterbacks, Michael Vick

0Daniel Okopnyi
That depends on your scoring and settings, he will be top of his game, but that's kind of hard to predict. Standard scoring? Minimum 20.

Who is a better start: Ben Roethlisberger or Josh Freeman?
Asked in: Ben Roethlisberger, Matthew Stafford, Quarterbacks

0Daniel Okopnyi
I would have to say Roethlisberger in this scenario. Remember he has as many if not more yards and touchdowns as some of the top tier qb's, but he missed the first part of the season due to suspension.

Should I start Josh Freeman or Eli Manning?
Asked in: Josh Freeman, Eli Manning, Quarterbacks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New York Giants

0Daniel Okopnyi
I would start Josh Freeman. The matchup is good and he was doing damn well last year. Eli Manning has the curse of the interception virus. Start Freeman, especially if your league penalizes hard for interceptions.

Who should I start? Romo or Schaub?
Asked in: Tony Romo, Matt Schaub, Houston Texans, Dallas Cowboys, Quarterbacks

2chris rogers
schaub, huge first 3 weeks for qbs and wideouts and schaub has more weapons and a better line

Should I start Sam Bradford at Home against Philly Def or Eli Manning on the road Vs Wash Def?
Asked in: Sam Bradford, St. Louis Rams, Quarterbacks, Eli Manning, New York Giants, Quarterbacks

0numberFire, inc.
Hmmmm. That's a great question. I think I'd start Eli, just because he's got more weapons. I think Bradford has the higher potential though.

Who is the worst starting QB in the league right now?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Matt Hasselbeck, Tarvaris Jackson, Alex Smith

1Jd Dre
A little early to be asking that, don't you think?Define 'worst QB' ??? Worst as far as ability, or worst as far as fantasy points?

Should I drop Cutler to pick up Ryan Fitzpatrick?
Asked in: Jay Cutler, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Quarterbacks

2Daniel Schaller
I don't think so. I think Fitzpatrick's performance this week was a major fluke, and I don't see the talent in their WR past Stevie Johnson. While Cutler is likely going to throw lots of interceptions, he has a quality set of targets and the much better arm, plus Mike Martz at OC who loves to air it out.

Should I start Fitzpatrick or Grossman?
Asked in: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Quarterbacks

3Brian Hayashi
Week 2? I like Grossman against a terrible Arizona secondary. Fitzpatrick won't be facing another cupcake defense like KC until week 5. Plus, if you are the superstitious type, every time Fitzy has exploded for four TDs in a game, he inexplicably bogs down for the next three games.

Is Matthew Stafford now a top 10 QB?
Asked in: Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions, Quarterbacks

0David Romero
I think so, only because no Peyton Manning in that top 10, and only if Calvin Johnson and Stafford stay healthy. Great Duo !!

Who would be a better start this week, Stafford at KC, or Big Ben in Seattle?
Asked in: Ben Roethlisberger, Matthew Stafford, Quarterbacks

2Brian Hayashi
Wow, I'm expecting Ben to have a huuuuge game. There's nothing like the whiff of disrespect to trigger an angry game. I'd say Ben even if Calvin Johnson wasn't having ankle problems keeping him off the field.

Who is the better play in week #2: Schaub or Flacco?
Asked in: Joe Flacco, Matt Schaub, Quarterbacks, Baltimore Ravens, Houston Texans

1Nik Bonaddio
I think Schaub is the play here. I don't trust Unibrow to do much, and last week was a fluke IMO.

Which quarterback do I start Roethlisberger or Tony Romo?
Asked in: Ben Roethlisberger, Tony Romo, Quarterbacks

1shaun morse
I think it comes down to who is playing against a weaker defense. Ben is the correct play.

Colt McCoy @ INDY or Sam Bradford @ NYG?
Asked in: Colt McCoy, Sam Bradford, Quarterbacks

1Nik Bonaddio
I like Bradford, despite having almost no WRs to throw to.

Start Fitzpatrick over Roethlisberger in Week 3?
Asked in: Ben Roethlisberger, Quarterbacks, Ryan Fitzpatrick

3PEJ
I like Fitz. He's an underrated player and I think they'll really have to throw the ball to keep up with New England.

Who would you rather have? Brady at his age, or Rivers at his?
Asked in: Tom Brady, Philip Rivers, Quarterbacks

0Keith Goldner
I think Brady is on another level from Rivers. Rivers puts up numbers but Brady and Peyton run their entire offenses.

Matt Hasselbeck, Sam Bradford, or Colt McCoy in Week 3?
Asked in: Matt Hasselbeck, Colt McCoy, Sam Bradford, Quarterbacks

3Anthony Best
I would go with McCoy on the Defensive match-up. Hasselbeck will throw the ball more compared to the other QB's since SEA has absolutely no running game, but that can be a big problem.. lots of 3 and outs and forced throws

Ryan Fitzpatrick or Tony Romo?
Asked in: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Tony Romo, Quarterbacks

2Adam Lee
I agree. I wouldn't like to rely on Fitzpatrick, who was streaky last season, but the Patriots' pass defense has been pretty porous. Further, Miles Austin is out, and Dez Bryant and Felix Jones are both dealing with their own injuries. Add the fact that Romo's still recovering from his injuries from last week, and Fitzpatrick looks like your man.

What is the latest on Beanie
Asked in: Tony Romo, Beanie Wells, Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Arizona Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys

4Steve Morris
From NBC Sports: Asked if he’ll be at full speed for the Seahawks game, Wells said, “Yeah, definitely.”Wells left Thursday’s practice early after feeling tightness in his hamstring, and on Friday he was limited. But all indications are that the Cardinals were just being careful with Wells, and he can go today.

One more here...Fitzpatrick or Big Ben?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ben Roethlisberger

2Stacy Robert Reagan
Fitz in week #3. The Bills will have to air it out to keep up with Brady and the Pats while the Stealers should roll up the Colts and then lean on the run game.

Is there more injuries this year or is it just happing to my players ??? If so is it because of the lockout?
Asked in: Wide Receivers, Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Tight Ends

0R J
Chris Johnson clearly didn't take care of himself, but really, what player has come back from holding out and just killed it?

Start Schaub vs Pittsburgh or E. Manning at Arizona?
Asked in: Matt Schaub, Eli Manning, Quarterbacks

1James Steigelman
Is Pittsburgh a better run or pass defense? Schaub's got some weapons to air things out...

Which Defense: Philly or Tampa Bay? Which QB to start: Fitzpatrick or Big Ben
Asked in: Defenses, Philadelphia D/ST, Tampa Bay D/ST, Quarterbacks, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ben Roethlisberger

0Steve Morris
I'd go w/ TB D and Fitzpatrick. I also had the Big Ben vs. Fitz dilemma. You could make the case for Big Ben since he's going to have to throw all day and will likely be playing from behind, but Fitz is a much better quarterback and with the hot start he's had, I don't think I can bench him. Cinci has a decent pass defense but I don't think it's enough to quiet him.

Sam Bradford, Matt Hasselbeck, or Colt McCoy as my week 4 starter?
Asked in: Sam Bradford, Matt Hasselbeck, Colt McCoy, Quarterbacks

0Anthony Best
I'm starting to like Hasselbeck more and more and I never had before. he has completed 70% of his passes. I have to go with that stat!

Should I trade away Matt Forte, Steve Smith (CAR) to get Aaron Rodgers?
Asked in: Matt Forte, Steve Smith (CAR), Aaron Rodgers, Quarterbacks

3Peter Dedes
I wouldnt change whats been working. Is Campbell around? Your team would be very packer heavy with Rodgers, Jennings and Nelson.

Start Stafford or Rivers Week 5?
Asked in: Matthew Stafford, Philip Rivers, Quarterbacks

0Keith Goldner
Yeah, I would go with Rivers, but I don't think you'll regret it either way

Start Rivers or Stafford Wk 5
Asked in: Matthew Stafford, Philip Rivers, Quarterbacks

0Sean Weinstock
I say go with what works. Stafford's been killing it.

Ryan Fitzpatrick or Big Ben this weekend?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ben Roethlisberger

1Anthony Best
I would probably go with Ben here. but not by much

To offer trades or not
Asked in: Ray Rice, Michael Vick, Cam Newton, Jeremy Maclin, Mark Ingram, Beanie Wells, Quarterbacks

1Anthony Best
At this point I think I would rather have Cam.. Phi All around is making Mistakes.. Vick is trying to force himself and his team to do better.. Cam right now, just looks more calm and is smarter with the decisions he is making..

So Tebow is starter after the bye week... any predictions on how he will do? Looks like a great shot for a rushing TD each week at the very least.
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Tim Tebow, Denver Broncos

0Keith Goldner
Yeah, I think he's a solid start in a standard league and a great pickup in 2 QB leagues. Probably won't throw for many TDs, but I would expect a passing and rushing td per week.

Schaub v. Bradford?
Asked in: Matt Schaub, Sam Bradford, Baltimore Ravens, Green Bay Packers, Quarterbacks

1Ben Johnston
I think you still have to go with Schaub here. Bradford does have the better matchup though, so you could take a shot hoping that they're playing from behind most of the game and he puts up big numbers.

Fitz or Big Ben today?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ben Roethlisberger

3Stacy Robert Reagan
Wow the more I think about this one the more I see it as 50/50... Big Ben could throw for a ton but if they get way ahead do the Stealers try to work on their ground game? Fitz is solid and this could be a shootout but if Fred Jackson is running well are the Bills going to be conservative with the pass?

Matt Schaub or Joe Flacco as the starting QB in week #6? I'd go Schaub but with Johnson out and his shoulder dinged up I'm leaning toward Flacco...
Asked in: Matt Schaub, Joe Flacco, Quarterbacks, Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens

1Sean Weinstock
Never thought I'd say this, but Flacco. The Ravens have put up some serious numbers on decent defenses this year, and you hit the nail on the head with Houston's ills.

Start Rodgers or Newton
Asked in: Aaron Rodgers, Cam Newton, Quarterbacks, Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons

1Sean Weinstock
My hesitation here revolves around Atlanta. If they're able to turn it on and run like their offense is supposed to, this is going to be a shoot-out. But, they're missing Julio, so I don't know...I'd probably start Rodgers. Wouldn't care about the wind too much.

How do you think Carson Palmer will do with the Raiders?
Asked in: Carson Palmer, Quarterbacks, Oakland Raiders

2Herbert Nishii
I think it's going to take a few weeks. Even though he's been training and staying in physical shape, he needs to get up to game speed. Not to mention he needs to develop some trust with the receivers.

Mike Vick and Jimmy Graham for Tony Romo and Ray Rice
Asked in: Michael Vick, Tony Romo, Jimmy Graham, Ray Rice, Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, New Orleans Saints, Baltimore Ravens, Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Tight Ends

1Keith Goldner
I don't like it unless you're desperate and have a suitable back up TE. Graham is winning leagues for people right now with his production at TE (think Antonio Gates) and Vick is a sell low.

Tebow or Cassel ?
Asked in: Quarterbacks

0wakydodo
I've got Cam Newton out so I'm in the same situation. I'm gonna start Tebow 'cause I think he has the greater upside, his jobs on the line, and Oak DST is runnable. On the flip side, Cassel has plenty of weapons to throw to but if KC gets ahead, Battle could be asked to run out the rest of the time.

Got a trade offer. Guy in my league wants Big Ben. He is willing to trade me either Dwayne Bowe or AJ Green. Thoughts?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Wide Receivers, Ben Roethlisberger, Dwayne Bowe

0Jameson Wooten
Who is your backup QB? Because if you have a decent one I'd take Bowe because Green's schedule gets tough in the next few weeks.

Start Roethlisberger or Vince Young?
Asked in: Ben Roethlisberger, Vince Young, Quarterbacks

1Anthony Best
I still like Young. Kc secondary is stingy, and Ben has the fracture on his throwing hand. Young is also not that unproven to me. He's had another full week with 1st string and he's not just some rookie.

I need this win for a playoff spot: Tebow or Rivers at QB who do I use ???
Asked in: Tim Tebow, Philip Rivers, Quarterbacks, Denver Broncos, San Diego Chargers

1Terrel Shepherd
I just picked up Tebow. I got Rivers also. I'm goin Tebow all the way. Jags D too good. Rivers has been hot garbage all year. I'm even goin to church Sunday in the spirit of Tebow. How bout that. He's made me a better man.

Roethlisberger or Matt Ryan
Asked in: Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons, Pittsburgh Steelers, Quarterbacks

0Anthony Best
Still say Ryan this week. Atl is not that great of a away team, they are much better at home, but Ben's thumb has obviously affected his play fantasy wise with not scoring more than 12 points in last 2 weeks. And Cin is still no slouch Defensively. Another reason I choose Ryan is cause of Hou unknown Qb situation. both Hou and Atl are good D's.

Big Ben or Tebow this week?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Ben Roethlisberger, Tim Tebow

0Nik Bonaddio
Disagree, actually. I like Ben.

Big Ben at home vs. Cleveland or Tebow at home vs. Chicago
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Ben Roethlisberger, Tim Tebow

0Raffaele Piemonte
I have tebow and i wish i had big ben, i would play him in a second, he has been throwing the ball all over

Start Roethlisberger or Fitzpatrick?
Asked in: Ben Roethlisberger, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Quarterbacks, Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills

1Jay Buente
Ryan Fitzpatrick. He's going to throw more and Chargers D is shaky against both the run and pass. Steelers will more than likely be on the ground a lot, so based on your scoring system, Fitz is a better play than Ben.
