How will Rashard Mendenhall do this season?
Asked in: Running Backs, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Nate Tharp
If he can stay healthy (which hasn't been a problem the last couple years) Mendenhall should have a great year. He'll be the Steelers' clear workhorse so he'll have a chance to finish as a top 5 RB.

Do you think Rashard Mendenhall is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Running Backs, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Aaron Jackson
Neither, he's about where he should be. He'll score 8 TDs or so, give or take and should rush for 1000. Not a top 5 RB but definitely top 15.

Who is a better draft pick: Chris Johnson or Rashard Mendenhall?
Asked in: Chris Johnson, Rashard Mendenhall, Running Backs, Tennessee Titans, Pittsburgh Steelers

1Matthew Meier
Chris Johnson if he ends up playing, which is seemingly becoming a problem.

Who is a better draft pick: Darren McFadden or Rashard Mendenhall?
Asked in: Darren McFadden, Rashard Mendenhall, Running Backs, Oakland Raiders, Pittsburgh Steelers

1Jeremy Levine
I'm real high on McFadden this year, so I'd take him over Mendy. More upside.

Who is a better draft pick: Rashard Mendenhall or Lesean McCoy?
Asked in: Rashard Mendenhall, Lesean McCoy, Running Backs, Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles

0Keith Goldner
I like McCoy (especially in PPR) but there is slight concern with Ronnie Brown in Philadelphia. You pretty much know what you're going to get with Mendenhall.

Who is a better draft pick: Rashard Mendenhall or Michael Turner?
Asked in: Rashard Mendenhall, Michael Turner, Running Backs, Pittsburgh Steelers, Atlanta Falcons

0Bethany Brooks
Turner is perfect for hammering in TD's on the goal line. For fantasy, he picks up a lot of points in touchdowns as opposed to raw yardage. On the other hand, he often can have those break out runs. I would put my money on Turner over Mendenhall, who is better for the yardage, any day.

Who is a better draft pick: Rashard Mendenhall or Matt Forte?
Asked in: Rashard Mendenhall, Matt Forte, Running Backs, Pittsburgh Steelers, Chicago Bears

0Bob Reed
Forte, especially in PPR. He's been one of the only bright spots in the Bears offense the last few years.

Who is a better draft pick: Rashard Mendenhall or Ray Rice?
Asked in: Rashard Mendenhall, Ray Rice, Running Backs, Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens

0Stacy Robert Reagan
Rice has more upside. Mendenhall is solid and will get tons of touches but Rice can give you the home run.

Who is a better draft pick: Greg Jennings or Mike Wallace?
Asked in: Greg Jennings, Mike Wallace, Wide Receivers, Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Johnny Hewitt
Jennings, he is much more consistent. Wallace is the big man in steel town now though.

Who is a better draft pick: Ryan Fitzpatrick or Ben Roethlisberger?
Asked in: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ben Roethlisberger, Quarterbacks, Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Tom Becker
Big Ben, no question here. Fitzpatrick had a great fantasy year last year but I don't think there is even a comparison.

Who is a more exciting player: Rashard Mendenhall or Michael Turner?
Asked in: Rashard Mendenhall, Michael Turner, Running Backs, Pittsburgh Steelers, Atlanta Falcons

0Jim R
Both are very exciting players! I think that I'd probably give a slight edge to Rashard Mendenhall though.

Who is a more exciting player: Greg Jennings or Mike Wallace?
Asked in: Greg Jennings, Mike Wallace, Wide Receivers, Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Keith Goldner
Tough. Mike Wallace is truly a big play receiver so you have to go with him, but Aaron Rodgers' top option is the more viable fantasy threat.

Who is a more exciting player: Ryan Fitzpatrick or Ben Roethlisberger?
Asked in: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ben Roethlisberger, Quarterbacks, Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Keith Goldner
Even with Fitzpatrick's big year last year, you can't bet against Big Ben (and a winning team).

Who is a more exciting player: Chad Ochocinco or Hines Ward?
Asked in: Chad Ochocinco, Hines Ward, Wide Receivers, New England Patriots, Pittsburgh Steelers

1Bob Reed
Ochocinco is the definition of exciting (although maybe not on the football field).

Who is a more exciting player: Anthony Armstrong or Hines Ward?
Asked in: Anthony Armstrong, Hines Ward, Wide Receivers, Washington Redskins, Pittsburgh Steelers

2Tom Becker
Hines Ward is way more fun to watch than Anthony Armstrong, especially as a blocker.

Who is a more exciting player: Hines Ward or Nate Washington?
Asked in: Hines Ward, Nate Washington, Wide Receivers, Pittsburgh Steelers, Tennessee Titans

0Stacy Robert Reagan
Ward dances on by Washington... sorry could not help myself...

Who Should I start in the flex position. Willis Mcgahee, Hines Ward or Pierre Garcon
Asked in: Hines Ward, Pierre Garcon, Willis McGahee, Pittsburgh Steelers

1Daniel Okopnyi
Tough question, I would go with McGahee.. I always start a RB at flex, and he seems like he might get a few touches..

Which team was more disappointing: the Steelers or the Chiefs?
Asked in: Pittsburgh Steelers, Kansas City Chiefs, Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Cassel, Mike Wallace, Rashard Mendenhall, Jamaal Charles

1Eric Schmidt
Didn't watch the Chiefs, but my expectations of a team that did well against a very below average schedule last year were not nearly as high as a team that has played in the SB 3 times in 6 years. A minus 7 in turnovers would be disappointing for any team, but for Pittsburgh? Stunning. The defense looked slow and lifeless. I know it's just the first game but if I remember correctly the last time they got handled this easily by Baltimore (2006), they did not finish above .500.

What's up with Big Ben?
Asked in: Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Tony o
He played a tough defense as well as had a bad game... I started him in my league, Ouch! Had Colb on the bench but oh well... I don't think that will be a typical week for him. At least I hope not!

Anyone know of a website that has a forcast for all the NFL games?
Asked in: Detroit Lions, Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers, Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills

2Walt Dittrich
Forecast, as in WEATHER forecast? You can't beat: http://www.nflweather.com/If it's predictions on wins/losses, then there are many. I've been following the AP's Dave Goldberg for several years. He appears now on AOL News: http://www.aolnews.com/2010/09/23/nfl-picks-week-3-cowboys-texans-going-in-opposite-directions/

Should I start Jahvid Best or Isaac Redman?
Asked in: Jahvid Best, Isaac Redman, Detroit Lions, Pittsburgh Steelers, Running Backs

1nicholas cole
Jahvid because he will end up getting thrown to not a lot of running yards though

I'm in trouble. My team is falling flat. Mainly at receiver. I have Mike Wallace, Steve Johnson, Mike Williams, Robert Meachem, and Jacoby Ford. Not much value here. Should I move one of my studs (Ray Rice, Jimmy Graham) to try to get a consistent reciever?
Asked in: Mike Wallace, Pittsburgh Steelers, Mike Williams (TB), Steve Johnson, Robert Meachem, Jacoby Ford

1Keith Goldner
I still think Wallace and Stevie can be great WR1 and WR2 options. The problem is that neither are consistent -- they're both boom/bust types. Still not sure what Mike Williams' deal is. Don't think Meachem has much value anymore with Colston back

Tebow vs. Hasslebeck, going forward
Asked in: Tim Tebow, Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Hasselbeck, Tennessee Titans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Denver Broncos

3Tom Kastorff
Tough call. Hasselbeck is the 8th rated passer in ESPN league, so that is a big call to drop him for Tebow, who has promise but can get you 30 pts one week and 8 the next. He will not put up 300 yds passing much if at all, so you are praying he gets 50-100 yds and maybe a TD on the ground. With Big Ben shaky with an injury you may want a more reliable backup.

Bye trouble and I need a third WR - Demaryius Thomas with Tebow the wild one OR Emmanuel Sanders against a 31st ranked Patriots D?
Asked in: Demaryius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, Denver Broncos, Pittsburgh Steelers

0wakydodo
I'd go with D Thomas. E Sanders will share targets with M Wallace and A Brown even with H Wards out. D Thomas seems to have the best shot in numbers if Tebow decides to throw.

Roethlisberger or Matt Ryan
Asked in: Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons, Pittsburgh Steelers, Quarterbacks

0Anthony Best
Still say Ryan this week. Atl is not that great of a away team, they are much better at home, but Ben's thumb has obviously affected his play fantasy wise with not scoring more than 12 points in last 2 weeks. And Cin is still no slouch Defensively. Another reason I choose Ryan is cause of Hou unknown Qb situation. both Hou and Atl are good D's.

Start Roethlisberger or Fitzpatrick?
Asked in: Ben Roethlisberger, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Quarterbacks, Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills

1Jay Buente
Ryan Fitzpatrick. He's going to throw more and Chargers D is shaky against both the run and pass. Steelers will more than likely be on the ground a lot, so based on your scoring system, Fitz is a better play than Ben.

PPR- Pick 2: Larry Fitzgerald, Miles Austin, Steve Breaston, Victor Cruz
Asked in: Larry Fitzgerald, Miles Austin, Steve Breaston, Arizona Cardinals, New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Anthony Best
ouch man!! Cruz definitely! and then I would probably go with Fitz. I would wait til Miles can finish at least one full game this season before I play him.

Week 16: Pick 2 WRs: M. Wallace, A. Brown, D. Heyward-Bey, Jabar Gaffney.
Asked in: Mike Wallace, Darrius Heyward-Bey, Jabar Gaffney, Wide Receivers, Pittsburgh Steelers

1Keith Goldner
Eesh, I hate to start to WR on the same team, but Wallace and Brown are definitely your two best options. Plus they are playing St. Louis. If it's PPR I'd probably go with Gaffney over one of them.
