I laughed out loud at this. Jahvid Best is far more dynamic on the field. When I think of the two I think "how many times can you watch stock footage of a freight train running over stalled compact cars?" For me at least, the answer is Jahvid Best. The guys got crazy potential if he can stay healthy and watching him walk that line and beat guys in the open field with his box of tricks and power, knowing the next hit he takes might end his career with a concussion... pretty awesome. Tired of watching Jacobs steam roll defensive backs and throw tantrums.

Blount! Hurdling for the win. Every time. Nothing like watching a guy wither in front of Blount and go for the legs only to have Blount literally run over the would be tackler. The Bucs are worth watching for Josh Freeman, but reason number 1.2 is Blount's ridiculous athleticism. Not the fastest dude on the field, but when you can levitate, you don't have to be.

Of course there is a chance. Best will have every opportunity to succeed and could average at least 20 touches a game. Assuming, you know, that Best stays healthy. But that's always been the rub on Best, from college through the 2nd preseason game in 2011. Best is an excellent receiver out of the backfield and he's a threat to take it to the house every time he touches the ball. Subtracting Mikel LeShoure from the Lions backfield might give Best a few more goal line touches, but it will also increase Best's workload, for better or worse.The Lions drafted LeShoure because they felt that Best would be most successfully utilized by limiting his touches to a certain extent. Odds are that Best is a very effective player when on the field, but he misses a few games. He might be an excellent "per-week average" player, but his chances of having a "big year" as far as overall totals go are limited. He's already been dinged up in the preseason and it's highly unlikely that Best can stay healthy enough to have that "big season".

That's a tough one. I have best in a league, depending on how hard Oakland is against the run, I would be eyeing Best for the start. Tampa Bay has given up the 18th most points to RB's, while Oakland has only given up 12th. Detroits run game is going to be heavy this season, and we have to take note, Best was out with turf toe most of last season. He is hungry and waiting to make a difference.

Best is a better bet this week, and probably every week. Bush hasn't shown the ability to be the feature back and Miami's offense isn't scaring anyone, least of all the NE defense. Roll with Best this week.

I'd go Best. I don't love the matchup but I also don't know how Mathews and Tolbert are going to split the carries. May as well go with the guy who has it all to himself.

I'm starting Best in a PPR league this week. His injury issues scare me though. If I had to choose between the two in a standard scoring league this week I think I would lean towards Turner. Atlanta has a ton of weapons so CHI will not be able to key on him. Tough call though.

I would select Blount and Hightower. Blount will certainly receive more carries, and thus YPG, because Tampa showed their single dimensional air attack was poor. Hightower is Washington's feature back - and not in any form of timeshare - so I value him about Wells and Best, both of whom are often nicked up. I just don't see CJ2K producing this week. Johnson is still working himself into shape and I can't see him gathering yardage against Baltimore. However, since he was likely your first round pick and it is tough to put his potential on the bench, Johnson wouldn't be the longest stretch.

AP DOMINATES the Lions, traditionally. Forte is running against a Green Bay team that is second worst in the NFL against RBs--not to mention that he accounted for more than half of the Bears offense last week. Though MIN has not been great against the run the past 2 weeks, I would put Best in the third spot behind AP and Forte.

I think you have to go with Best here. He's been one of the most productive PPR RBs this season (I think he's 6th). While your other options aren't that bad, Best just seems like the clear play.

I think Best is your man. He's a great running threat who's also a part of the passing game of a high-powered offense. Fred Jackson's good, but he probably won't see that many touches if the Bills fall behind the Patriots - a likely scenario.

I agree with Anthony and Nik, keep Greg Jennings. He's a sure thing and Best isn't a sure thing. I'd work on packaging Jordy Nelson for someone like McGahee if you can.

that doesn't work if it's a PPR league.. I'm pretty sure McClusters gets more touches than both per game. but for Match-ups i can say Addai. with Painter as QB, Indy will try to run more like last week. But I don't like any of these guys. Best has been a huge disappointment!!

He did get lucky against Chi, but they are not as strong as they have been in the past. and except for CHI they have yet to face a good D.. wait til after this weeks game to decide,, See how he does against SF

I would go with Sproles. He's putting up an average of 12.5 points a week, regardless of the matchup. Last week was his worst week so far (9.1, but he did missed out on 2 tds). He has become the go to guy in New Orleans and sees looks in passing and rushing situations. Definitely a safer bet than Blount, who seems to be just as frustrating this year as he was last year.

He's definitely worth a pickup. Some reports say Best is considering ending his season to avoid any more chances of a concussion, other sources say he's probable for this Sunday. Either way, Morris is without a doubt worth a bench slot the rest of your season. (In deep leagues Keiland Williams is worth a look as well).

That's up to you.. It's not uncommon for players to miss 1-2 weeks because of a concussion! If there are some good RB's left on the wire pick them up. Or trade him to a player in your league that will need a RB in a few weeks..
