Green Bay Packers

How will Aaron Rodgers do this season?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Green Bay Packers

0Tom Becker
This need not be said, but Rodgers should lead QBs in fantasy points this year, again.

Do you think Aaron Rodgers is overrated or underrated?
Asked in: Quarterbacks, Green Bay Packers

2Johnny Hewitt
Underrated, even though everyone knows he is the top QB. The kid can throw.

Who is a better draft pick: Brandon Lloyd or Greg Jennings?
Asked in: Brandon Lloyd, Greg Jennings, Wide Receivers, Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers

0Aaron Jackson
Greg Jennings. The Packers offense is unstoppable and Brandon Lloyd won't repeat that performance, especially in a John Fox run-heavy offense.

Who is a better draft pick: Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers?
Asked in: Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Quarterbacks, New England Patriots, Green Bay Packers

1Jeff Servos
Although, technically, time will only tell, I'm gunna go ahead and say Brady...Good luck catching up to that laundry list of achievements Rodgers...

Who is a better draft pick: Greg Jennings or Mike Wallace?
Asked in: Greg Jennings, Mike Wallace, Wide Receivers, Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Johnny Hewitt
Jennings, he is much more consistent. Wallace is the big man in steel town now though.

Who is a better draft pick: Aaron Rodgers or Michael Vick?
Asked in: Aaron Rodgers, Michael Vick, Quarterbacks, Green Bay Packers, Philadelphia Eagles

2Ron Hogsett
The numbers say Rodgers, my emotion says Vick. Rodgers also brings less risk (as far as injuries are concerned) to your portfolio than Vick does. In reviewing last year's numbers, both were similar average in yards/completion, average yards/game and average passing attempts/game. With similar numbers but with Rodgers being slightly more accurate and less of a risk, Rodgers would be a better pick over Vick.

Who is a more exciting player: Dwayne Bowe or Greg Jennings?
Asked in: Dwayne Bowe, Greg Jennings, Wide Receivers, Kansas City Chiefs, Green Bay Packers

0Tom Becker
Gotta say that Bowe is the more exciting player as he has "big-play" potential, but there are few receivers I'd rather have than Greg Jennings.

Who is a more exciting player: Roddy White or Greg Jennings?
Asked in: Roddy White, Greg Jennings, Wide Receivers, Atlanta Falcons, Green Bay Packers

0Aaron Jackson
Gotta go with Greg; never know what will happen when A.Rod is throwing the ball. Well you do, the Packers will score.

Who is a more exciting player: Greg Jennings or Mike Wallace?
Asked in: Greg Jennings, Mike Wallace, Wide Receivers, Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers

0Keith Goldner
Tough. Mike Wallace is truly a big play receiver so you have to go with him, but Aaron Rodgers' top option is the more viable fantasy threat.

Who is a more exciting player: Aaron Rodgers or Michael Vick?
Asked in: Aaron Rodgers, Michael Vick, Quarterbacks, Green Bay Packers, Philadelphia Eagles

4Nate Tharp
Vick is the most athletic player in the league. But it doesn't get much better than watching Rodgers surgically pick apart defenses and toss up 40 points.

Who is a more exciting player: Nate Burleson or James Jones?
Asked in: Nate Burleson, James Jones, Wide Receivers, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers

1Jim R
I like James Jones here! He has the best quarterback in the league throwing him the ball!

Who is a more exciting player: Nate Washington or James Jones?
Asked in: Nate Washington, James Jones, Wide Receivers, Tennessee Titans, Green Bay Packers

1Johnny Hewitt
James Jones as with anyone on the Packers, they're just exciting to watch.

Will the Packers cover on Thursday?
Asked in: Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints, Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers

0Sean Weinstock
Man, where are the numberFire Team Analytics when you need them?! (Coming soon, btw). I personally don't think the Packers cover. Brees has shown that he can produce in the toughest of environments. I think this one's a 3 point game.

Should I start Ryan Grant or Shonn Greene?
Asked in: Ryan Grant, Shonn Greene, New York Jets, Green Bay Packers

3Aaron Rodriguez
Greene, not close. Grant will be splitting carries with Starks, while Greene should expect MORE carries (per LT's request)

Should I start Mike Tolbert or Ryan Grant this week and why?
Asked in: Ryan Grant, Mike Tolbert, Green Bay Packers, San Diego Chargers, Running Backs

0PEJ
I like Tolbert. He's won the battle from Mathews pretty handily from what I hear.

James Starks

I think it's just very difficult to be able to project that situation. If everything is done through the computerized algorithm, it must be hard to read a situation like that.

Looks like Jennings is the top option for Rodgers, but who is second? Third?
Asked in: Green Bay Packers, Greg Jennings, Jermichael Finley, Jordy Nelson, Aaron Rodgers

0Anthony Best
To many weapons indeed!! but by the numbers the top 2 were Jennings and Nelson by 1 catch difference.. then it was Driver and Finley..

Shonn Greene a bust or what? Got Jordy Nelson waiting in the wings...
Asked in: Shonn Greene, Jordy Nelson, Running Backs, Green Bay Packers, New York Jets

0Ashley Sanders
Hmm. Maybe too early to call him a bust, but I would definitely consider starting Jordy Nelson at the flex. He's the WR2 in a very, very potent offense.

Who do I start in my flex spot, Chris Johnson (vs. BAL), Fred Jackson (vs. OAK) or Steve Smith (vs. GB)?
Asked in: Chris Johnson, Fred Jackson, Tennessee Titans, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Baltimore Ravens, Oakland Raiders, Green Bay Packers, Running Backs

1Ashley Sanders
Gotta go CJ2K, despite the matchup. Oakland is a fierce defense, and I don't think Steve Smith can replicate last week. I might consider trading him.

Who to start: Anquan Boldin (@TEN) or Steve Smith (@GB)?
Asked in: Anquan Boldin, Baltimore Ravens, Carolina Panthers, Tennessee Titans, Green Bay Packers

2Robert James Smith
Anquan for sure. Newton is going to get a wake up call when facing the Packers and Woodson will be on Smith.

Is Ryan Grant a droppable player?
Asked in: Ryan Grant, James Starks, Green Bay Packers

1E B
I picked up Starks thinking it wouldn't pay off until week 4 or so. That said, not sure if I would drop Grant. What are your options?

Who is the clubhouse leader for the Super Bowl?
Asked in: Aaron Rodgers, Greg Jennings, Green Bay Packers, Baltimore Ravens, Ray Rice

1Craig Clark
I would love to see a Lions/Bills superbowl! But I really think it's going to be the Packers and the Patriots.

Plaxico, Ryan Grant, Pierre Thomas... Need to pick 2 4 ppr league
Asked in: Plaxico Burress, Pierre Thomas, Ryan Grant, Green Bay Packers, New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, Wide Receivers, Running Backs

0Anthony Best
since it's ppr I'd roll with Grant since it's an easy match-up and Thomas.. guaranteed touches!

Schaub v. Bradford?
Asked in: Matt Schaub, Sam Bradford, Baltimore Ravens, Green Bay Packers, Quarterbacks

1Ben Johnston
I think you still have to go with Schaub here. Bradford does have the better matchup though, so you could take a shot hoping that they're playing from behind most of the game and he puts up big numbers.

Start Rodgers or Newton
Asked in: Aaron Rodgers, Cam Newton, Quarterbacks, Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons

1Sean Weinstock
My hesitation here revolves around Atlanta. If they're able to turn it on and run like their offense is supposed to, this is going to be a shoot-out. But, they're missing Julio, so I don't know...I'd probably start Rodgers. Wouldn't care about the wind too much.

Should I make this trade? Steve Smith for Jordy Nelson, Daniel Thomas, and Montario Hardesty
Asked in: Jordy Nelson, Daniel Thomas, Montario Hardesty, Brandon Jacobs, Marshawn Lynch, Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Browns, Miami Dolphins, Carolina Panthers, Kansas City Chiefs, Seattle Seahawks

1Keith Goldner
Yeah I like that trade a lot for you. I don't think Smith is much better than Jordy and Hardesty has the potential to be a beast if Hillis continues to sit out. I love Jackie Battle too.

Pick two: Vincent Jackson, Dez Bryant, or Jordy Nelson?
Asked in: Vincent Jackson, Dez Bryant, Jordy Nelson, Wide Receivers, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers

0Anthony Best
Hmmm. Jordy is a every other week type of player all season. One week he's huge, next nothing. Pretty much same with these others as well. I think I'd go with Dez unless Miles plays, then I'd go with Jordy. I think when Miles comes back Dez will be the one to lose out not Laurent! with these players it's definitely a gut pick. Might just go with Jordy since he had a bad game last week.

Is Mike Williams (TB) worth a play over V-Jax, Jordy, or Dez B?
Asked in: Mike Williams (TB), Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Vincent Jackson, Jordy Nelson, Dez Bryant, San Diego Chargers, Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys

1Eric Cantor
Tough one. I've struggled to get Williams into the action all season and never gotten good output from him. TB is too erratic. Jordy Nelson and Vincent Jackson are huge parts of their offense and seem to always get the targets, so I would keep Williams for a rainy day. Kind of disappointing given his talent level.

James Jones or Donald Driver?
Asked in: Greg Jennings, James Jones, Donald Driver, Green Bay Packers

0Anthony Best
really now.. Strait coin toss. one of them will have a huge day just not sure which one. Jones to me, has more potential

Who has the bigger game today: Vincent Jackson or Jordy Nelson?
Asked in: Vincent Jackson, San Diego Chargers, Jordy Nelson, Green Bay Packers

0Sean Weinstock
I'd go with Jordy - Kansas City defense vs. Jackson going up against Baltimore with an unsteady Rivers. They will literally eat Rivers.

Should i start him or Ryan Grant?
Asked in: Ryan Grant, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Running Backs

0Keith Goldner
Who or Ryan Grant? I'd start most guys over Grant...
