None of those guys really excite me, but if I had to choose one I'd go with Willis McGahee. Moreno is hurt and had ball security issues against Oakland. The only other one might be Deji Karim. I just picked Deji up in my 14 team league for bench strength trading with MJD's owner if he gets hurt.

Eeeesh. I'd probably start Murray and Boldin. Don't know about the 3rd. Marshawn and DeAngelo are boom/bust types, and Sidney Rice hasn't shown much. I'd probably go Lynch.

Hard to say on both questions! Murray has the better match-up in running game against the Rams. Rams did goo last week against GB, but they had an extra week to prepare against them and GB is not a strong running team. I also think I would go with Dickson, I feel Clark will be used mainly as a blocker again this week against the Saints.

I like Murray, Sproles and McGahee. Those are by far the best match-ups for you! It has already been reported that Murray will get a bulk of the carries over Choice, and even before Tebow took over Den said they were going to go into a heavy run offense. Then there is Sproles who is Brees's number 3 WR!

I like Murray myself.. he has a good match-up and will get most of the carries.. Problem with Torain is that he is has talent to put up huge numbers, but with splitting time with 2 other backs and playing on Shannahan's team you just never know whats going to happen.

I gotta say Frank Gore. He's been killing it these past few weeks. Plus I don't think you can expect that from Demarco Murray every week. Granted the Phillies Defense has had a horrible ability to stop the run, I think Gore is the better more proven back.

I don't really like Blount's schedule later on in the season but they will need him desperately and he should be healthy after their bye week. Murray is great but only for a few weeks. Tolbert as long as he stays healthy will remain the red-zone option on that team!! Don;t like Morris.Detroit hasn't been a good run team all season, and it seems Morris isn't as involved with the passing game where Best received all his points! you have to go with Blount or Tolbert!! especially since both of their QB's are struggling badly!

Agreed...McCoy and Sproles are solid options. It would be nice to see Murray in a flex spot if you have one, unless you've got a great WR there already, I think he has at least some great short-term value at least.

I'd go with Welker and Smith at WR, AP and PT at RB and Murray at the flex. I wouldn't start Fitz since he has the Ravens PO'd def to contend with plus also he hasn't scored a TD in forever. You can't really ignore the tasty match-up against the rams and the depleted NO backfield. Houston is a good defense, they might shut down MJD.

I wouldn't. Even if you're in a 12 team league, you should be able to find better bye-week options, like Jackie Battle, Ryan Torain, or Montario Hardesty. Tanner may see a few carries this week, but the Cowboys will likely either use Murray as their feature back moving forward or use a combination of Murray and Jones.

So this is a 2-person league? How did you get all these guys? I don't know why you are giving up so much for Shady when Fred Jackson has been so solid. I would rather keep Jennings and play him instead of unpredicatable Colston. Plus I am worried that McCoy's success could wane if the Eagle's passing game suffers with Vick and Maclin injured, and defenses focus on the run more. Vick's mobility threat seems to open holes for McCoy.I would ask for more in the trade.

Based on stats i'd think about sitting A.J. Green, hes against HOU, which is pretty good at coverage and is limiting points. Harvin has been riding a huge hot streak and with no other weapons for ponder, is going to continue. Murray is getting his fullback, back and should be alot better than lately, and fitz and wallace and no brainers to start even if they have off days.
