I'm not a big fan of any of these guys, but I think Hardesty is your man. Even though he'll be facing a stout Seahawks defense, it looks like Hillis will almost definitely be out on Sunday, making him the only starting back of the three. Even if Hightower plays, he's coming off an injury, and Shanahan is unpredictable with his RBs. Keep an eye on Jahvid Best's health, though - if he sits, I'd play Morris over Hardesty.
