Jay Ajayi (back) sidelined for Eagles' Week 3 matchup against Colts
Philadelphia Eagles running back Jay Ajayi (back) will not play against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 3.
What It Means:
Darren Sproles (hamstring) is also out, meaning second-year back Corey Clement should see plenty of work. Wendell Smallwood will likely handle backup duties. Ajayi was held out of practice all week and will ideally be healed and rested for a Week 4 matchup against the Tennessee Titans.
Ajayi is currently the RB15 in numberFire's season-long fantasy rankings.
