Geronimo Allison 'quietly established' as Packers' third receiver
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Geronimo Allison "has quietly established himself as the team’s No. 3 receiver," writes Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette.
"He is always in the right place," Wood praises, "and his combination of size (6-3) and sure hands make him a reliable target." Allison is behind Davante Adams and Randall Cobb in the pecking order, but he appears to be securely ahead of the three rookies and free-agent signing Jake Kumerow.
Allison is just inside the top-100 receivers in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings, as our models expect him to haul in 25.9 catches (45.6 targets) for 308.5 yards and 2.15 scores.
