Derrick Henry could lead Titans in carries in 2018
Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry will lead the team in carries this season, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider suggests.
McCormick believes that it's "not out of the question" for Henry be the team's primary rusher, while still ending up with fewer yards from scrimmage than backfield-mate Dion Lewis. The 247-pound Henry is expected to be used as the top short-yardage/goal-line back while Lewis should be on the field the most on passing downs.
Our models project Henry for 1,058 rushing yards and 7.6 touchdowns on 235 carries, with 22 catches for 214 yards and 0.9 scores. Henry is our 15th-best back for fantasy this year.
