Nagy: Bears' Allen Robinson (knee) 'ahead of the game' in rehab
Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy said wide receiver Allen Robinson is "ahead of the game" in his rehab from a torn left ACL.
The team feels great about where Robinson's at in his recovery, but they've added that they won't be rushing him back to the field. Nagy said, "He's been doing great in meetings. He's answering every question in the meetings. He's out here focused, doing everything that we want him to do." It sounds like he'll be ready for training camp if all goes as planned.
Robinson suffered the season-ending injury in Week 1 of last season, but the two years prior he totaled 153 catches, 2,283 yards and 20 touchdowns on 302 targets.
