49ers won't allow Reuben Foster to participate in team activities
According to ESPN's Nick Wagoner, the San Francisco 49ers will not allow linebacker Reuben Foster to participate in team activities while he addresses his legal matters.
In case you missed it, Foster was charged with felony domestic violence stemming from a February incident involving he and his live-in girlfriend. He faces more than 11 years in prison for multiple charges, and he could be subject to suspension convicted or not. The team said that the outcome of the legal process will dictate his status with the team.
In his rookie season, Foster rated out as Pro Football Focus' 4th-ranked linebacker. He started in all 10 of his appearances.
