Texans' Cecil Shorts, Nate Washington remained sidelined Tuesday
Houston Texans receivers Nate Washington (hamstring) and Cecil Shorts (shoulder) remained sidelined Tuesday.
Houston could be majorly shorthanded at wideout against the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday, and we already know they're shorthanded at quarterback. Rookie Jaelen Strong could be in for an expanded role, or Houston could give DeAndre Hopkins 20 targets again.
For the remainder of the season, we project Shorts to have 45 receptions, 528 yards and 2 scores. We see Washington having 24 receptions, 366 yards and 3 touchdowns.
