Allen Hurns turns 11 receptions into 116 yards and a touchdown for Jaguars Week 4
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Allen Hurns was targeted 15 times Sunday, totaling 11 receptions for 116 yards and a touchdown, as the Jaguars fell to the Indianapolis Colts.
Hurns now has 30 targets this year, accounting for 20 percent of the team's total. He has at least 60 receiving yards in all four games this year and a touchdown in both of the last two.
Hurns racked up 10.78 Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) on the day. Entering the week, he was seventh in Reception NEP per target among the 84 players with at least 10 receptions, so this isn't just a one-time thing for Hurns. The Jaguars will go up against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers team in Week 5 that ranks 25th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play.
