Giants' Evan Engram (ribs) will sit out Week 17 against Washington
New York Giants tight end Evan Engram (ribs) will not play in the season finale against Washington.
What It Means:
It's been a disastrous season for the Giants, but Engram has fared well. There's no reason for New York to risk anything with their rookie tight end in a meaningless game. Sterling Shepard (neck) and Tavarres King (concussion) are also out so Roger Lewis and Travis Rudolph will see some more action.
Engram finished the season with 64 catches for 722 yards and six scores.
