Cardinals benching Blaine Gabbert in Week 16 and will start Drew Stanton versus Giants
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Blaine Gabbert will not start against the New York Giants in Week 16.
In a disastrous Week 15 start against Washington, Gabbert completed just 16-of-41 passes for 189 yards with 1 interception and 1 lost fumble. With Gabbert seemingly getting worse with every start, evidently coach Bruce Arians saw enough and will instead go with Drew Staton in Week 16.
numberFire's models projected Gabbert for 11.2 FanDuel points and he finished even lower than that with 7.4 on Sunday.
