Pierre Garcon (neck) inactive Wednesday at 49ers' practice
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Pierre Garcon (neck) didn't practice Wednesday.
Garcon is dealing with a neck injury he suffered late in the fourth quarter of Week 8, and it puts his status in doubt for Sunday's matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. If Garcon sits, the 49ers would be left with Marquise Goodwin, Aldrick Robinson, and Trent Taylor as their top-three wideouts in Week 9.
If he manages to suit up on Sunday, numberFire's models project Garcon for 8.3 targets, 4.8 receptions, 62.0 yards, and 0.47 touchdowns versus the Cardinals, good for 11.4 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,600. He's the WR14 in our Week 9 fantasy rankings.
