Charles Clay (knee) unlikely to play for Bills on Thursday night
Buffalo Bills tight end Charles Clay (knee) will "have a hard time making it" back for Thursday night's game against the New York Jets, head coach Sean McDermott admitted.
It sounds like Clay will miss a third straight game in Week 9. If so, Nick O'Leary and Logan Thomas will once again handle tight end duties for the Bills. Consider Clay questionable for Week 10 versus the New Orleans Saints.
Clay is averaging 9.6 FanDuel points in five games this season with 20 catches for 258 yards and 2 touchdowns on 28 targets.
