Jay Cutler diagnosed with cracked ribs, out Week 8 for Dolpins
Miami Dolphins quarterback Jay Cutler is dealing with cracked ribs and will not play in Week 8 against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night Football, head coach Adam Gase confirmed.
Cutler is expected to miss 2-3 weeks. Gase says Matt Moore will be the Dolphins' starter only until Cutler returns, but that could change depending on his level of play. It's not really a downgrade for Miami's offensive skill-players.
Cutler completed 12-of-16 passes for 138 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 1 interception for 12.52 FanDuel points before leaving on Sunday.
