Rob Kelley (ankle) practices on limited basis for Washington Thursday
Washington Redskins running back Rob Kelley (ankle) returned to practice on Thursday for a limited session.
Kelley missed Week 5 and then had a bye week to heal up, so he's trending towards returning on Monday night against the Philadelphia Eagles. The 2016 undrafted free agent has rushed 29 times for 131 yards in three games this season. His return in Week 7 could mean fewer touches for Chris Thompson.
numberFire's models project Kelley to play in a limited capacity on Sunday, projecting him for 30.9 yards and 0.19 touchdowns on 6.8 carries. He is tied as the 48th-ranked fantasy running back for Week 7 and will cost owners $5,500 on FanDuel with an expected return of 5.4 FanDuel points.
