Andrew Luck (shoulder) suffers setback, won't practice for Colts this week

Indianapolis Colts Andrew Luck has experienced soreness in his surgically-repaired right (throwing) shoulder and will not practice this week, general manager Chris Ballard said.

What It Means:

It's an unfortunate setback for Luck after he was able to practice the past two weeks and seemed to be getting somewhat closer to a 2017 debut. With the Colts' star signal-caller sidelined indefinitely again, Jacoby Brissett will continue operating as the starting quarterback. There's some doubt that Luck will play at all this season.

numberFire's models currently expect Luck to return after the Colts bye in Week 12 and throw for 1,551.9 yards with 10.40 touchdowns and 8.3 interceptions while rushing 27.5 times for 124.2 yards and 0.51 touchdowns on the ground for the season.
