Giants' Sterling Shepard (ankle) seen in a walking boot on Tuesday
New York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard was spotted with his left foot in a walking boot, per NJ.com's Dan Duggan.
Shepard said that he sprained the same ankle in camp and he's taking the injury day-to-day. That means that Shepard, in addition to Odell Beckham (ankle) and Brandon Marshall (ankle), will likely join his fellow wideouts in missing Week 6. Roger Lewis will go into this week as the team's top receiving option while Shepard resumes that role upon his healthy return to the lineup.
If he somehow plays, our models like Shepard to tally 4.4 catches, 54.9 yards and 0.17 touchdowns on 7.0 targets against the Denver Broncos. All total, he's in line for 8.7 FanDuel points at a $6,300 price tag.
