Bengals' Brandon LaFell unlikely to breakout under new OC
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Brandon LaFell is expected to remain a non-factor in his Week 3 matchup against the Green Bay Packers.
Through two games, LaFell -- like the rest of the Bengals' offense -- hasn't been all that productive. On 12 targets, he's managed just seven catches and 54 yards. Going forward, under a new offensive coordinator, that could certainly change, but he's still just a third or fourth option behind A.J. Green, Tyler Eifert and the Bengals' backs.
Our models reflect LaFell's place in the pecking order, projecting him for only 2.7 catches, 37.0 yards and 0.25 touchdowns on 4.7 targets this week against the Packers. His projected output of 6.5 FanDuel points isn't a good value despite just a $4,600 price tag.
