Broncos' C.J. Anderson is in his best shape in years
Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson is reportedly in his best shape in years after missing half of the 2016 season with a knee injury.
After tearing the meniscus in Week 7 last year, Anderson changed his workout regimen this offseason in an effort to stay healthy. The running back has looked spry this summer, racking up 12 carries for 45 yards in the Broncos' two preseason games so far. Anderson is trying to stave off challenges from Jamaal Charles, Stevan Ridley, and De'Angelo Henderson for top dog duties in Denver.
Our models project Anderson as the 24th-best running back in 2017 with 1,030.1 total yards with 5.1 touchdowns on 215.4 touches.
