Dalvin Cook impressing Vikings in minicamp
Minnesota Vikings rookie running back Dalvin Cook has impressed head coach Mike Zimmer in minicamp.
What It Means:
Zimmer said that Cook "has as a chance to be something special." This comes with fellow back Latavius Murray missing both minicamp and OTAs due to offseason ankle surgery. Murray expects to return for training camp, but Cook has gotten some valuable snaps with the Vikings' first team offense.
We project Cook for 148 carries, 627 yards and 4.7 touchdowns in his rookie campaign.
